Gabe's Priority AC Service

We’ve used Priority for years now and after the horrible experience we’ve had dealing with other well known companies I will never trust or use anyone but Priority again. Their level of professionalism is second to none, their prices are the most competitive around (and I did a good deal of searching) but combined with the high level of quality in their work, the overall value ends up being so much more. You can tell they truly care as they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and in a timely manner. I guarantee after using these guys you’ll be a longtime customer as well.

I shopped around; I mean, I really didn't shop around that much but from what I gathered, they were as reasonable as anybody else. They were very professional. Angies List special. Had them come out to look over AC system and fill up if needed. They did a thorough job of going through the entire system. Found some burnt insulation had been left in the gas furnace by original builders many years ago that had never been discovered and was a fire hazard. Recharged system and provided detailed analysis. I was happy with the service and professionalism.

The technicians were not only on time but a few minutes early. The Technicians did everything listed on the coupon plus more. The service of the two man crew was exceptional and more than any other AC company I had used in the past. Most AC service providers stay 15 or 20 minutes tops. These guys were here for over 30 minutes and ran a variety of test beyond my technical comprehension. Please take advantage of Priority Air Service, you will not be disappointed, in fact I'm sending them to my son's home next.

Did excellent professional cleaning of coil. Checked system overall and did not try to add extra things to be done that were not needed. Gave professional advice to keep unit running efficiently but no hard sell. Will hire for semi yearly maintenance and other related jobs on vents & ducts. Highly recommend for your A/C & Heating needs. Thanks guys for a job well done.

On the day of the installation they arrived on time and got on with their work. My heater and coil are located in my attic. They spend the whole day removing the old system and installing the new system. At times the temp in the attic was 130 degrees. They had to take several breaks but they finished the ac portion that day. They came back the following week to completed the heater installation, They explained every step of the installation process to me from start to finish, I am very pleased with the work they did.

Great! They identified the coolant leak, refilled the freon to normal levels and gave me estimates for a permanent fix.

The representative of their company showed up later than appointed. The time window I was given was 4-6 pm and he called me a few minutes before 6 and said he was nearby. He was very polite and apologetic and offered me an opportunity to reschedule. I decided to go ahead and get it done. He showed up about 20 minutes after 6. He was very courteous and professional. He went right to work and a short time later he apologized for interrupting me and asked if he could show me something, He showed me where one of the pipes connected to the unit in my attic was leaking. He pointed out some staining in the wood that demonstrated that the leak had been going on for some time. He explained that whoever had installed my AC unit had decided to cut a corner and left off a short length of hose and basically jammed two lengths of hose together. He said he could fix it for $75 dollars. I agreed and he went to work on it. He came back downstairs a short time later and explained that he had added a short length of hose to fix the leak, but his glue had hardened in the heat (it was a very hot day) and he would have to come back to fix it. I arranged an appointment for him to come back the next day and fix it. I waited for two hours and he never arrived or even called me. I called him the next day and he apologized, explaining that he had been on a big job and ended up working until 9 pm. He agreed to come the next day during the same time period. He arrived the next day, a bit later than I had hoped. I would have expected him to be there promptly to make up for his mistake the day before, but he was always very courteous and professional, so I let it slide. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff - with the exception of his failure to follow up after he failed to show. I'm sure I would have felt differently if I had actually had to take off from work to wait for the technician to show up three times. Most importantly, his discovery of the leak, which would eventually have burst and caused untold damage to the floor of my attic very possibly saved me thousands of dollars. I would recommend these folks, particularly if you have someone at home who doesn't have to take time off from work to wait for the tech to show up.

Called the AC tech out because the AC was only going down to 76 degrees. AC tech came out and told me that I needed to replace the absorption system for $285. The problem was still not fixed. Then they recommended replacing the condenser fan for $500. I decided to call another AC company to get a second opinion. The other AC company came out and ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS DO A ROUTINE CLEANING FOR $50 and fix ducting coming off of the cooling coils in the attic. I wanted a refund because they did not fix the problem and they guaranteed a 100% money back but when I asked for it they said they could not do it.

Very well, the technician was punctual, professional and courteous. He explained every detail of the work that was done. I will recommend this technician and his company to my friends.

Gabriel was informative and completed tune up. Noted freon leak, added leak sealer and topped off freon. Rattling noted the day after he did work, contacted him and he scheduled time to come out and look. Released (taped) AC unit which seemed to address issue.

Gabriel, owner of Priority Air, was very flexible in scheduling a time for the inspection. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and completed a thorough inspection of my system. He showed me several places where the evaporator coils were leaking freon and showed me why the compressor/fan were failing. He offered several options for repairs, as well as options to purchase a new system. There was no hard sell. I did have a new capacitor installed on the external unit, in hopes of keeping the system operative a bit longer. Overall, a very positive experience.

The technician was professional and friendly. He explained what he would be doing in the scope of the system check. He explained his findings, and showed me the pictures he took. He also detailed everything he did on the receipt. Our system is only three years old, so there were no major issues. He did find a few things that could cause problems in the future and explained exactly what the issue was and how it could be resolved. I will probably hire this company again if I need to fix any further AC issues.

It went great. He took his time and really checked everything out. We didn't need freon and he explained to us that our system was performing to its potential considering the unit is 9 years old. He didn't pressure us in buying a new system and he showed us where there was some rust problems and the system would probably only last 2-3 more summers. He was honest and on time.

Priority Air was amazing, I was extremely satisfied with their service. The owner and the serviceman that came out were very nice and professional and were willing to answer all of the questions that I had and went above and beyond my expectations. When I had questions after the initial service, the owner came out personally to explain and reassure me, no charge.
