Description of Work: Not from San Antonio and needed some extra muscle to disassemble a project. I called G/A and talked to Gilbert and he sent Brad our way.

Description of Work: None - he said he would come and give us an estimate, we made an appointment and he did not show up or call. Sounded nice enough on the phone, but no one wants to deal with someone who's not reliable. ($300)

+ -1 moreI would have liked to have gotten an estimate from him. Since I didn't, I won't call on him again. I do think it's rude not to even return phone calls.
Description of Work: I called Mr Acuna for an estimate for repairing water damage. I needed drywall, tape, floating, painting in the laundry room and some baseboards in the dining room. Mr Acuna came out right away and I was impressed with him right away on a Friday. Nov. 16. I was also impressed that he would give me an estimate on Monday. To this date, I have called him 4 times and left messages. He never returned my call, never gave me an estimate. I got the impression he does not want "small" jobs. I was also not impressed when he told me right off that he was unavailable sometime in January. Now, I know better than to have work done during the holidays...but this was an unexpected emergency due to water damage.
