G. L. Hunt Foundation Repair

Chuck Farmer and Jesse Rabadan were project managers for this warranty repair. Both men and the entire work crew was highly professional, extremely careful around sidewalks/shrubs/garage door. The crew did exactly what the project managers said they would in a prompt courteous manner. I am so pleased with the work (including cleanup) and the outcome that I would recommend G.L. Hunt to anyone who asks me about the repair--5 stars are not enough!!!

Matt did a great job. He assessed my home and it turned out I donâ t need work right now but I will stay in touch to watch my foundation and will use in the future.

A disaster. Completely destabilized my home and refused to remedy. Installed fewer piers than paid for, left huge parts of the house unsupported, and improperly installed a number of piers, all at varying heights causing bowing and bulging on my floor. Refused to honor the warranty, hired non-English speaking supervisors who rarely visit the site, leaving cons and undocumented workers unsupervised to roam my property. I essentially paid $22k to ruin my home. Beware this company.

My 86 year/old mom loved them, she was home while they worked, she was impressed with their professionalism, she stated they were conscientious and considerate, hardworking, thorough and respectful , I will hire them again when I need them.

They arrived on time, assessed the need, and worked quickly and efficiently. I had 73 of French drain installed and it was done professionally. All digging was by hand. Care was taken for plants etc I m having them back in a few months to level the house after things dry out.

G.L. Hunt was very professional, educational, and compassionate. They provided us with 3 different estimates depending if we wanted all concrete or concrete and steal or all steel (good, better and best). They explained everything to us where we could understand. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They did initial measurements for free and did measurements before lifting the house and after. I asked G.L Hunt to redo all measurements after they raised the house so I could see the differences myself, G.L. Hunt Foundation went on and above what we expected. They ensured us everything was okay. G.L. Hunt walked though every area in my home and outside with my husband. They informed us, they will provide us with free soil just in case we get sink holes from where they where digging and refills the holes they dug up. The areas we thought needed to be redone i.e. mortar and chalking touch ups G.L. Hunt came out the net day and redid everything we asked them to redo. The also informed us to call them after 90 days and they will redo measurements again to ensure everything was okay. They advised us to put up glitters around the house and they did checked our plumbing under the house within 30 days to ensure our plumbing was okay after lifting the house. We got 4 estimate and we are very happy we selected G.L. Hunt to Do our foundation work. GL Hunt did an excellent job.

Had Chris come to my home to review my foundation and was very satisfied with him professionlism and knowledge. Didn't end up needing anything for now but Hunt will be the first one I contact when I do.

Just wanted to say that this crew was GREAT. Alex and his crew made me feel like I was the only customer. They were so attentive, responsive to any concerns or questions I had and they took immediate action if it was needed. Your company will be the only company I will recommend to anyone It was professional and super friendly from the first meeting with Dustin, Office staff up to saying thank you to Alex the foreman.

My husband had to tell workers to move excess dirt, so they piled it up in the backyard. We are not satisfied that the cracks in the house never closed up and actually have a few more cracks showing up

Kole Wade, their project manager, was on time as scheduled, he was courteous, professional and very clear and concise. We highly recommend Kole and this company.
