G. L. Hunt Foundation Repair

Above and beyond my expectations, the sales man (Chris) he was wonderful. They came out several times to make sure I was taken care of.

The only disappointing item was a 15 inch high copper pipe sprinkler was left at an angle of about 15 degrees off vertical. This pipe was located by the front door where it was highly visible. I had to fix it myself.

They were timely, efficient, competent and friendly!

We were so pleased with the work done by the crew. They did an awesome job on the French drain we needed and used the dirt to provide for some low spots in our yard. The salesman Chris, was here on time and researched our home for the foundation issues we were having. We are very pleased with all the work done by J L Hunt

I cannot complete the evaluation because they have not completed the followup services yet (water and sewer tests plus final engineer's report.

Overall experience while workers were doing their job was satisfactory. Any questions asked were answered promptly by Foreman. Laborers seemed to know what they were doing at no point was anyone told or explained how to do their job by someone else. GL hunt employee rep asked me if they were wearing their logo t-shirt I explained to him that that was not the case with some of the workers but it was cold that day and they were wearing jackets so I did notice one of the foremen was wearing a red shirt that said Foundation crew. Apparently if they are hired buy GL hunt they are supposed to wear a shirt with the GL hunt logo other than that my experience with the job and the workers was exceptional had taken some time off to oversee the work being done just as a precautionary measure as would anyone else not knowing what is involved in the foundation lifting work.

I thought they did a great job, did it quickly, the clean up was exceptional.

Chris Chamberlain was very professional in his presentation about our foundation repairs. His crew was great and the work was finished in one day and all cleanup was done. Extra dirt from the foundation was filled in holes around the house and yard. Old sections of siding were repaired in the estimated time. If any other repairs are needed, we will call G.L. Hunt first.

Your putting yourself in excellent hands when you hire G L Hunt. Juan the crew Forman is fantastic. He answered all my questions and put me at ease about what was being done. My shower door that swings to open now works properly plus my others doors also. Many of my wall cracks even closed quite a bit. They do mortar pointing for the cracks that developed in the outside bricks and even fix the caulking around the windows.

Actually, we have not had the work done yet. We are going to have it done in February but we have chosen this company. They are very professional. Please ask me later to rate the work quality.

Heath was outstanding, he was on time, even a little early. He was professional, quick to assess the drainage situation and also the cracking in the walls. He talked in plain, clear language, clear explanations, very knowledgeable, very willing to share his expertise. He was very professional and personable. He is a true asset to his company, as well as HomeAdvisor.

Job went off without a hitch. Excellent work and completed in one day. After a couple weeks the engineer's representative scheduled an appointment and verified that the leveling met specifications. He also double checked the measurements claimed by G.L.Hunt - they did. I would hire again & would be comfortable referring anyone to G.L.Hunt for foundation work.
