Do not hire! Isaac was recommended by our pool builder to do a landscaping job. The job quoted was: lay a pathway to the pool with landscaping stones that were to be flush with the yard, repair the irrigation system and place sod around the newly completed pool. The (very large) stones were just thrown on the yard without making them flush. Our family has spent the last week doing the job he was hired for. He did not order enough sod, so there are several bare spots left around the yard. Furthermore, the irrigation system repair was sub-par at best. Originally Isaac was very friendly, that’s how he tricks people out of their money. He was paid up front but did not finish the job whatsoever. Calls go unanswered once they have left the job site for good. Vet your sources before hiring or paying for any work. Huge mistake…

Horrible! Beware of this outfit. Owner and his 2 young kids came out to move furniture from one apartment to another. After they left, we noticed a dining table had been badly bashed from one corner and scrapes on all edges. I called the owner (Isaac) and even though he said he would call right back, he never did, even after repeated calls and text messages. Please don't take chances with this guy. He knows your options are few after he damages your furniture or have any complaints.

I booked a move last minute, but Isaac assured me that it would be no problem, and quoted a price. The morning of the move, I called to verify everything was still on schedule, and Isaac confirmed we were still on track. Time came for them to show up and no-show. I called Isaac and got voice mail. I then sent text. He finally replied by text that they wouldn't be able to make it and asked if we could reschedule. I tried calling and texting to reschedule for the next day, but at that point Isaac stopped taking my calls and didn't responds to texts. I should have known better than to use them again. I used them in May 2015 to move from house into a 3rd floor apartment. I was initially impressed with the speed and intensity of labor he and his workers exhibited. When I had to leave to secure a storage unit, and was gone for approximately 1.5 hours, upon my return, family members who stayed behind told me that they removed nothing from the truck but instead helped a neighbor move a refrigerator...on my dime. Sure enough, when I went to see what had been moved while I was gone, it was little to nothing. Since I elected to pay for that move by the hour, the total at the end was more than double what I expected. I wouldn't be so upset if during this attempted move Isaac had just taken my call to reschedule, or if he had done anything to assist. Instead, I heard not a word. As I write, I am supposed to be out of our current home, and I am already paying rent on our new home; meanwhile, I find myself writing negative reviews to warn others. Luckily, I have found someone else to handle the move but because of such short notice...needing to be out today, the move will cost double what I had budgeted. Lesson learned... I will definitely not use Freedom again, and I will check reviews before hiring any type of service providers in the future. I checked with the BBB first thing this morning. Their rating was F!

The move overall went great. Isaac, the owner, was professional and kept me informed and called me a couple of times a few days before the move on rescheduling times due to another client that morning. As well called the day of with concern of thunder and lightening since it was raining on move day. They showed up maybe 20 minutes after their allotted two hour window due to the previous move running late. Since it was raining Isaac said he would have to charge me the hourly rate of $70 plus $30 on gas versus a flat rate, which I was fine with. Said it would take 4-5 hours to move the total size of my items. Originally he provided two men to do the move but then he joined in and helped and supervised the move to go faster. Everyone moved pretty quick and were careful handling my furniture and boxes. They ran out of shrink wrap because they used it all for the previous move due to the rain, but they had lots of blankets to wrap up some items. The only set back was that they weren't able to fit all my items in one 24 foot truck load. A couple items and fridge were left over and they would have to do a second round to go pick it up. When they finished loading the first truck they ended up taking a late lunch break because they hadn't taken a lunch break since early morning. At that time Isaac stopped the clock on my move rate. They arrived to my new house an hour later, which was 20 minutes away from the old house, and then he started up the clock. So, the movers placed all the boxes and furniture to the designated rooms and assembled the furniture together and hooked up the fridge and washer. Turned out my dryer had a four prong dryer cord and the new house had a three prong outlet, so Isaac explained to me to buy a new three prong dryer cord and showed me how to replace it myself from the back of the dryer, which was pretty easy. The whole move without the lunch break took 6.5 hours because of doing two round trips. The only thing I didn't like was that some boxes labeled fragile were stacked on top of another in the kitchen, and I was missing some shelf brackets from my TV stand and one from a bookcase. Overall, I was impressed and thought they all did a good job.
