I needed an outlet placed in my kitchen on short notice so that I could connect my gas cooktop for inspection by the City to ensure no gas was leaking. I contacted several local electricians near me and explained my situation. Francis Electric was the only one willing to come out and install the electrical outlet so that I could past my inspection. It is unfortunate that I lost the card of the electrician who installed my outlet, but I can tell you that he was very knowledge, agreed to come to my home at 7am in the morning on same day as Battle of the Flowers Parade and he was a true professional as he explained the entire process of what he was d*** to me. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Francis Electrical to my neighbors and friends.

He needed to replace the old smoke detectors from my home. At random times during the day and night the alarms would start going off until I pushed a reset button. I bought 5 new detectors and called James Francis Electric and he quoted a price over the phone for the installation of all 5 smoke detectors. Within 5 minutes I have an estimate ($85), an appointment for the job to be done 2 days later, and the name of the electrician performing the work. The assigned electrician was prompt, professional and pleasant.Within 30 minutes he had replaced 5 detectors, located and repaired a loose connection and the wiring, and identified the breaker that controls all the detectors.

They did a really good job and the owner would come make his rounds. It seemed like they cared if they did a good job. They were professional all of the way. They did not goof off. These guys are licensed and bonded. They made sure that everything was done and cleaned up. There were no loose connections and everything was done correctly. They were here when the inspector came. The job passed with no problems. They were very reasonably priced and very responsive. I got what I paid for. They did not charge me for an estimate. I would use them again.

It went very well. Electricians are expensive but this company seemed very reasonable considering they had to come out twice but only charged me for limited labor.

Francis was very helpful with my specialized lighting. They were on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They even called back to make sure all was well the next day which I thought that was great.
