Awesome job! Installers went above and beyond what we expected. Our double oven was damaged from manufacturer when removed from the packing. We called Lowe's and they could deliver a replacement the same day but the installers had to leave for another job. The installers came back at 6:30 pm the same day to complete the install. Unfortunately, the new ovens were also damaged but we installed anyway. Vent hood installation took the most time because they had to reconfigure electric plug and vent stack, but looks fantastic.
Description of Work: Install vent hood and double ovens in our new house.

FMO is a very professional company and I would highly recommend their services. They are extremely competent and experienced in installing vent hoods. They answered all of my questions and made sure that they did a quality job.

Went very well. Benn was the supervisor who scheduled the work. Due to delays in carpentry (not FMO delays), he was extremely flexible on removal and reinstallation and graciously worked with our crazy schedule. Robert and Jose did a wonderful job at my house. They are very experienced (I believe Robert said he'd been doing this for 17 years?!) and their experience shows. Nothing and quot;throwsand quot; them and they are extremely careful with the homeowners' property, as well as being courteous and professional. Removing and reinstalling these giant Sub-Zero type refrigerators is not as simple as one would think; it is time-consuming, back-breaking work, and one slip-up can be disastrous, damaging the fridge, flooring, carpentry, or worse, the workers. These guys take their time and are total pros. Upon their return to roll the fridge back into its and quot;new house, and quot; they first tied off an unused water supply behind the fridge; previous installer had not terminated it properly and it could have eventually leaked and damaged the kitchen. In addition, they relocated the refrigerator's electrical outlet to the manufacturer's suggested location and capped off the old one. They brought an extra anti-tipping brace and installed those, and finally, hooked up my ice maker to our under-sink reverse osmosis system so that now, our ice cubes taste great. I would definitely use FMO again, and will recommend them to friends. If you have a high-end appliance of any type, I would not trust anyone but FMO to install it properly. Wish I had known about them when we converted from electric to gas cooking, upgrading to a Wolf rangetop and Imperial vent hood; would have saved us much time and many headaches had we been able to use FMO's extensive experience with this type of thing. I did not know about them then. My only advice, and this applies to working with any contractor or service provider, is get the quote in writing, never just over the phone/verbally. That way, you will not be surprised when you get the bill. Yes, FMO may be more $$ than your plain vanilla appliance shop, but the run-of-the-mill appliance guy is not going to have the expertise or experience with high-end specialty appliances that the FMO techs have, and you could end up with a sub-par installation (as we did the first time around).
Description of Work: Removed then reinstalled my 48" Northland built-in refrigerator. Involved temporarily relocating it into my dining room so old fridge cabinet could be replaced with a new one. They are a one-stop-shop for high-end appliance installation and removal and the minor remodeling needed to accommodate or upgrade to such appliances. They do not do appliance repair.

We had a great experience with FMO. They were professional, courteous, and reliable. Rober and Milton (our installers) did a great job installing our appliances. They even took care of a couple of extra items that they didn't have to fix. We'd definitely hire FMO again and would request Robert to take care of our work.
Description of Work: Appliance Installation: washer/dryer, double oven, dishwasher, gas cook top, refridgerator (ice maker).
