Collier and Cruz did a great job leveling my driveway and pool deck patio as well as sealing concrete joints. Very professional and personable. Explained the process and goals very clearly and made sure we were satisfied with work before leaving. I highly recommend Groundworks and I would request Collier and Cruz !

Not impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the employees. A week after work was supposedly complete and we got a thumbs up from the job foreman we discovered that the dehumidifier in our crawlspace was leaking into the crawlspace and was getting ready to fall over due to the jerry-rigged support system it was standing on. The foreman was hard to get ahold of during the job and has been unreachable since they received payment. This has been despite the warranty associated with their work. The work and experience has definitely not been worth the $70,000 premium price we were charged. We would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Urgent review. Do not hire FSS groundwork until you read my review. I hired Fss after they suggested I add some post and encapsulation to my home. The quality was poor. Posts were only buried 11 inches. The encapsulation has caused interior wall damages after a month work was complete. Encapsulation should have never been suggested for my type of home. I was never told that water will be trapped under the liner at all times due to moisture. All vents were sealed so no air circulation imder the house. You may know that water under a pier and beam home should not happen as that condition will move most if not all posts. This is exactly what happened to my home, the water has moved the post and caused interior wall damages. in all the areas where they did the most work. I had to hire a new person to add support to the home; When he cut the liner to start, the job is when I explored all the water under the . I decided to call someone else because when I Called FSS Groundworks numero

The crew( Mark V., Danny, and Tyler) from FSS were great! Very respectful and professional. They showed great consideration for our property and maintained their work areas cleaned. The overall experience was easy and fast, they were able to complete all work in 2 full days. The clean up was excellent! The service from FSS (Groundworks) was phenomenally! I was super impressed with the quality of work and how quick they completed the job!! I was thinking it would take 3 days but only took half the day! The team the worked at my home was Mark W., Bayron A. and Nathan K. Mark was super informative and the team was super clean and left my property just as it was!! Thank you soo much!!! I super highly recommend them!!

The team was great, especially the leads Earle, Austin, and CJ. They give you a heads up on their ETA, introduce themselves and the plan to ensure they carry out the agreement you had with the first PoC who for me was Jarret Perkins. Also a very great guy as well who will ensure your questions and overall inquiries are taken care of before, during, and after the service! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together.

It was a great experience, having Robert, Stanford, David, and Chris setting our minds at ease from start to finish. The work was incredibly profession, and their demeanor was exceptional. Very rarely do I have a completely satisfactory transaction. Especially for something so intimidating for home owners. This company, and this crew, has our complete confidence. Our house needed strata lock piers. The rep Ivan did an excellent job of Explaining and planning the job. The crew, Mark , Danny and Alfred installed the strata lock piers. They are a skilled, efficient and very hardworking crew. We highly recommend foundation support specialist.

It was a very large project and took 9 workdays in total to complete. Fernando Osorio (the crew foreman) was awesome as was the rest of his crew (Mark Willis, Barton Aleman, and Octavio Jacobo). They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time theyâ d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isnâ t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors whoâ ve done work for me but Iâ d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others.

Foundation Support Specialists made a stressful situation much easier to deal with! Each and every person we interacted with was always helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain everything during the initial assessment and the actual installation. They even asked if we would like to watch as they lifted the house, which was so interesting to see! Nicolas Flores did the initial assessment and was incredibly informative. He even took the time to interact with our toddler (usually an introvert but took to him right away!) who was very interested in everything going on. Fernando Aleman, Mark Willis, Bayron Aleman, and David Hernandez worked on our house in a timely manner, were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and were so informative. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work!

The crew from Foundation Support Specialists, which included Hector Roman, Eddie Sanchez, Ricky Rodrigez, and Mark Willis, did a fantastic job installing piers under the stem wall between my garage and house, and also encapsulating and insulating the crawl space in my basement! They worked quickly and tirelessly to get both jobs done despite having to work in 95+ degree weather with no air conditioning. They were all very courteous and took great efforts to keep the areas they were working on clean of any debris. I will definitely use them again for any future foundation work, and highly recommend them for similar work for anyone needing these types of services.
