Forever Green SA

Carlos Flores gave us a price $3,344.93. That was 5 pallets of zoysia grass and labor. Our sprinkler system was damaged by them digging, and they never bother to tell us. We noticed that one side was getting green and the other was turning yellow. I called Carlos, and he came by and said that our sprinkler system 5 was not working. I asked him if they checked the sprinkler system after they finished, and he said yes. Your son and I went around checking them. Which was a lie. He said I know someone that can fix it for $350.00 to $480. I told him to give me a call. Two weeks went by and my neighbors told us about someone they used. We called him and he came right away. He checked it out and said that the line was damaged when they dig in the ground to lay the grass. Carlos calls a week later and I told him that we had it repair but the grass was dead. He said no it will come back. I told him to come out and check it. He said he never guarantee anything. I have called my credit card company to dispute what it is costing us to have it replaced and the cost of having to repair the sprinkler system. I would not refer them to anyone.

Carlos is the contractor for Forever Green. His crew which consisted of a gentlemen named Jorge Garcia, his father and younger brother did the majority of all the work! Jorge drives the bobcat which does all the heavy work. He got his hands dirt too along with his family. They worked from 7:30 am-6:00pm Monday- Saturday. Hardest workers I've ever seen. Not one ever stood around on a phone. Constant work that consisted of weed pulling, chopping down branches, septic retaining bed, moving boulders, building a retaining wall and several rock and river beds. Not once did his crew ever complain with whatever I asked of them. Two of my plants were accidentally squished and were replaced immediately. I even found plants at places and they picked them up for me. I'm beyond happy with the dedication shown by this Team. I highly recommend Forever Green for your landscaping needs. I'm a landscape and interior designer and like things to be perfect and his crew exceeded that! Job well done! This contractor should never be recommended by Home Advisor. I hired them and they did horrible work by cutting corners not using concrete as a base and not putting in rebar. When I asked the worker why he wasnt using the proper material he stated that Carlos the owner told him to cut the corners to save money.When I called Carlos out on the shoddy work he tried to charge me an additional $300 I told him I wasnt willing that he needed to do the job as agreed. He said he wouldnt and left me with a mess in the front yard and a half built wall. I had to hire another contractor who did a beautiful job tearing out Carlos joke of a job and rebuilding to spec all for the same amount. Never hire this unethical contractor for any reason
