FLOWER ME FLORIST

Call and arranged for a bouquet of roses and chocolates to be delivered to my wife's work. The flowers were delivered but not the chocolates. A couple of days later I called the florist. I talked with the manager and she apologized and agreed to reimburse me the cost of the chocolates or have them delivered. I chose to have them delivered. They did so but also threw in a vase with flowers. So my wife was very happy with the extras she received. I will use this business again.

We have dealt with Flower Me Florist before and, once again, we were not disappointed. The arrangements came on time (I ordered them a day early) and were fresh and beautiful. The young man who delivered them was courteous, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend Flower Me Florist. Great product and great service.

I ordered an anniversary (48th) flower arrangement via the internet. The folks at Flower Me Florist put together a beautiful arrangement that was reasonably priced and they delivered it on time on our anniversary. I was very pleased and my wife loved it. The lady who delivered the flowers was personable and professional. Overall, an outstanding job.

The woman who answered the phone at 11 a.m.Saturday said that although the florist closed in a couple of hours on Saturday, she would try to fil my request. Since the flowers were for a performer in a play that night, she asked if I could arrange to have them taken into the theater before the box office opened. When I called the attached community center office and found out that was possible, I called her back She then told me she had learned her driver would not be available. But she had without being asked, gone to the trouble to locate another florist (and it turned out there are not many in San Antonio) who would be open long enough to make a Saturday delivery, and also was very close to the theater. The florist she referred me to was Tuscan Rose, and they did a great job, so I was able to make my actress friend happy. So despite the fact that she was giving a competitor her business -- and without my requesting it -- she made my day much easier (I would have had to make many calls to locate a good and nearby florist that was open). I will patronize her business in the future because of her thoughtful attention to my request.

She was very pleased and she said the flowers were beautiful.
