flooring contractor

Description of Work: Company is contracted through my home builder (Kb Homes). Recently moved into my new home and noticed warping in some of the laminate flooring. Kb Homes offered to come in and repair using this company. Kb Homeas actually had to argue with the Company to get them to come out and make repairs. Workers were in my home for over two hours making repairs. Upon examination last night I still have an area that is warped and unfortunately they will have to return to fix this issue. If it were up to me I would choose a different company altogether. Not sure why Kb Homes uses this company

 + 2 moreWould NOT recommend this company - good salepeople, but lacking on delivery. blinds still not satisfactory - blinds do not stay up to the top, the company spends more time arguing with you than repairing the problem. other companies do much better service and sell more quality products. they do not show up for appointments - and you explain the problem to infinitely many layers of management. not enough indians to do the work - but a lot of overpaid chiefs to argue with customers.
Description of Work: First installed the hardwood floor (approx 2000 square feet) and the tile (approx 900 square feet) for the house builder. House was completed in December 2010. However, they did the tile in the master bathroom incorrectly and t took four visits and much arguing to fix it when the tile and underlying structure collapsed in June 2011. Second and worse they sold and installed blinds in January 2011. the blinds were defective and fell apart by February 2011. Finally got someone to come and attempt to fix those blinds in June 2011. The repairs are still not complete and when we ask for a a date to get the blinds back, or replacement blinds they keep delaying and promising a new time further out into the future. They spend more time arguing with us then it would take to just replace the blinds
