They did an excellent job. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up.

The guys were very professional and friendly. They were on time and there when they said they would be. They found a small plumbing leak behind one wall that they couldn’t fix. They made a suggestion and will return to finish that one spot when the plumbing gets fixed.

I had water damage in the flooring under both of my bathroom tiles. The crew took up the old tile, repaired the water-damaged wood underfloor, and installed beautiful vinyl tile planks throughout all of the both bathrooms. The workers removed all debris, expertly placed the tiles in a superb fashion, and replced all quarterrounds. The work area was cleaned nicely. They had estimated the work would be complete in 2 or 2 1/2 days. They completed the project in just under 2 days. Although the project was a little costly, most of the extra cost was the replacing damaged under flooring, and plumber costs for removing/reinstalling toilets, but they were up front with the estimate. I would use them again.

It went very well. They found asbestos glue on the flooring and gave me options to fix it and recommended a third party company to remediate. Once that was addressed they returned to complete the work.

Terrible. Was promised experienced sanders, everything covered before starting, and complete cleanup when done. Instead the floor was sanded down to the nails in some places, other places chunks were ripped from floor during sanding. We were promised they would apply three coats of protective poly coat after staining and they didn’t. The sales man said they would cover everything and they didn’t. They left trash, wood dust, black trash bags on side of our house We remodeled the home and the floors were last to be done. The floor is such a disappointment, ruined according to two other Refinishers who I have consulted with.
