Great service!!!

Flash did a great job. My sand filter developed a crack in a seam and needed to be replaced. I called and left a message and Flash got back to me the same day. He came to inspect the job the next day and confirmed the crack and that replacement was needed. He scheduled the job within 2 business days and completed it in an afternoon. He also discovered a leaking gasket which he replaced. He called me the next day to check to see if I was satisfied. Not only was his service top notch, his receptionist was super friendly on the phone!

After a month of them not showing up and our pool starting to get murky after some rain storms, we called to reset it up or see what the problem was. The receptionist gave us Flash's number and my husband called and he said he had just flat out decided not to clean our pool. Didn't let us know they weren't going to come so we could get someone else, just didn't show and wasn't planning on it.

I have used this provider to do weekly pool maintenance for several years. At the end of May this year, reportedly, our pump motor stopped working. No one ever let us know about the need for the repairs, the approximate cost to do the repairs, options for parts, etc. Reportedly, a subcontractor was simply sent to our home and completed the repairs. We were billed $750 for parts and services we did not approve. I tried several times to work with the owner on coming to an agreement about what I would pay for unauthorized repairs. At one point he threatened to come to my property and remove the new motor an just leave my pump in a non-functioning state. The owner repeatedly told me that the error in failing to get my approval for the repairs was the fault of an employee that had been fired and so I should be willing to pay the new price he proposed. When I offered to pay half of the cost to "split the difference" with him, he was outraged. Needless to say, we are now using a new pool servicer and would never recommend this provider to anyone.

Provider to fix a leak in a challenger pump and investigate pool lights. Owner sent a subcontractor out to do the work. Rates were not explained ahead of time ($150/hr). Pump housing was cracked, they used an idle pump I had to fix the issue. There appeared to be a short in the wiring of the lights and the bulbs were burned out. Subcontractor spent hours (2.5) troubleshooting the issue. LIghts were all rewired on the same circuit and bulbs were replaced. Subcontractor couldn't get 2 out of the 3 lamp housings back into the hole and left it for me to screw in later. (the water was cold) 5-6 months later the lamps burned out and I called for the owner Flash to do something about it. He refuses to call back. The lights were rarely used and shouldn't burn out in 5 months. Please send someone to finish the job correctly and warranty your work especially if you're going to charge $150/hour.

1. We consulted another business called "Always Worth It!" This company is headed by Mark Worth who treated us with respect and fixed the pump problem we wanted fixed for $200.00. The pool works fine. Replacing the entire pool is not a reasonable or conservative option. 3. We will never use Flash Pool Service and will certainly never recommend this to anyone.

Flash Rose is a wonderful Pool/Spa tech, and the people working for him are always knowledgeable, curteous and prompt. We have been using Flash Pool Service for our weekly pool maintenance for over three years and have recommended them to neighbors/friends. The proof of this - our pool always looks sparkling, and friends have commented on it! (Our weekly pool tech is Patrick).

They were prompt and thorough. I didn't feel that they overcharged for the service.

He did an excellent job. He's good at getting back to you with your messages, and he's very prompt. He had to clean up the mess my other pool guy made, and I'm very happy.

Flash Pool Service did an outstanding job on our pool. I was very happy with this company. The crew that came out was very nice. They worked hard and finished quickly. Their price was very reasonable. I will use them in the future.
