The company finished what was promised, however, a few weeks later we had some electrical panel issues. Maybe the house was too big to handle some of the breakers?? I don't know. But when the washer or dryer ran, the panel would trip. I called several times to get help, but to no avail. They never showed, even with several appt. Big bill was paid. Why show for small headaches? If you don't want to help, JUST SAY SO!

My wife and I went to Ferguson, referred by our builder, to purchase lighting and plumbing fixtures for our new home construction. Although the prices were reasonable their service and business practices fell far short of satisfactory. We primarily had two continuous problems in using this company. First, the company would substitute merchandise without our knowledge, and they also failed on several occasions to meet timeline requirements for delivery. As an example of substitutions, when we ordered a specific brand/type of toilet they ordered basically a generic lid (to make the price attractive), but did not tell us. Once we discovered what had been done, it was too late to make the correction and meet construction needs, so we had to go to a local 'big box store' and purchase. So far as delivery, on several occasions Ferguson was given several weeks notice to have items available for construction, but often failed to have supplies ready. In all cases we had to make alternate arrangements at a higher cost and great inconvenience. Of note, our customer service representative was Emily, who often refused to take our phone calls and failed in just about every way to make our customer experience satisfactory. Stay away from this company!!
