Description of Work: Repair Gate Post of Fence

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a chain length gate. Ronald arrived and we discussed the gate and my condition that it be done in one day due to my need to be home for my pets. He assured me that this was possible with an additive to the cement at an additional cost. I agreed and was promised a written estimate by email the next day. I received a phone call stating he had computer problems and would send it the following day. When I did not recieve it after a week, I called and was told that he would get it to me by end of business that day. I finally recieved it and called to accept the offer and set up and appointment. We agreed on November 16th. I reminded him that it needed to be done in one day and was then told he "forgot" and did not include the extra charge in the estimate, but would go ahead and do it. I called him on Tuesday, Nov 13th to confirm the appointment and to inquire if the weather would be a problem. He said it might and I asked if it would be possible to set the posts on Thursday afternoon after 1:00. He was going to "check his schedule" and call me back. He did not call. He was suppose to be at my house on Friday between 8:30 and 9:00. I called him at 9:30 and was told he was "right around the corner". He got there about 20 minutes later. He told me that the cement would not set even with the additive due to weather. I was puzzled as the weather was clear and suppose to be in the mid 70's that day. He obviously did not want to do the job and but reluctantly said he would, but didn't want me to call him if the posts started leaning. I became really uncomfortabe. I asked him if he set the post that day, could he return on Saturday to finish and he said he didn't know. I told him to forget it and he left abruptly. He was totally unreliable and I think he may have under bid the project and then did not want to complete it.
