FAMILY PEST CONTROL

I was pleased with the professional service provided. I called the company and spoke with the owner about my problem. He provided a diagnosis of carpenter ants over the phone based on the details I was able to supply in response to his questions. The technician he sent was announced to me via email with a photo so I would recognize him when he arrived at my door. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We looked at the area where I had discovered "sawdust" like debris. He told me that I had acrobat ants and explained their actions. He also described the control method he would use before and after application. I was very satisfied with his work. I also received an email thank-you from the company. I would definitely call Family Pest Control again should I need assistance with household pests.

The service was performed professionally and courteously. The technicians took about two hours to spray the crawl space under my house. All was done without incident.

They are excellent all around! They are polite and knowledgeable. They are on time, every time.

We have enjoyed their service. The service has been great. We renewed, because we wanted to continue with them. The service people are prompt, they are friendly, they have been attentive to issues that we had, and they have dealt with issues whenever we had them. The quality of work is good.

Punctual, nice technician. Serviced the house inside and out. Still quite a few bugs around outside, but that is likely due to the rain. I didn't ask them to come back out, which is an option. We'll see how things go after the next service as I ordered the one year package.

Bob did a good job and was expedient. I don't recall the cost nor do I recall the exact date of his last visit.

They came out on time, called before coming out as requested. Our tech was knowledgable and actually took time to answer my questions in detail. Very pleased with the service done and great customer service which you don't really find anymore.

All went well. When contacting Joanne, she explained two procedures to me and I felt that I wasn't being gouged for the more expensive treatment. After detailing her what was going on around my home, she advised that I didn't need certain procedures. Ruben came to my home during the scheduled hours and couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. He explained the process and told me what would happen in the days / weeks to come. Overall, he worked so efficiently that I didn't even realize he was done. (He even changed out my light bulb in the attic as it was burned !).

It was great. There were no additional charges from the big deal that I purchase. The guy that comes out is usually the same guy and he’s really nice. It’s a locally owned family business like ready to do business with. They’re rep is just a really closely person to deal with. He probably knows a lot about the company. The charge is about $140 for 18 months.

They were good. They follow up on schedule request. They have been very prompt in getting out there and taking care of it. They do a good job. I thought the pricing was reasonable.

They came out and checked the whole house for termites and it was okay; they determined I do not have termites.

Initial service was good and thorough but it's been crickets ever since. They do not follow up as one would expect to notify you service is due again. They took my one year payment and I've gotten "ONE" pest control service for $320. Definitely won't make that mistake again. Moral of this story is you don't advance pay, you're not saving money.

The technician was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. We are new to the region and he gave us some great tips and advice on keeping our home pest free. We will continue to use them in the future!

It went very well, Ruben has been to our house twice now. He has been on time or even a few minutes early, which is good by me. He is very professional and gets his job done.

Called for emergency service and they responded w/same day inspection. Treatment was done the very next day;. I am VERY pleased with them and will be signing up for a quarterly service. Highly recommend them.

We bought the Big Deal with Family Pest Control last year and they did such a wonderful job that we purchased the annual service again this year. They are extremely friendly and professional. They call to remind us when we're due for a visit and if we have any problems between our quarterly service they always come back and take care of it.

We purchased and existing home to find it needed some attention to pest control. Family Pest came to rescue and virtually eliminated the issue on the first treatment for the house, lawn and landscape. They will return in two weeks to insure quality. We have hired them to perform quarterly going forward. They were friendly, courteous, and kind. Price was competitive and we are very pleased with their service.

I just purchased a home and it was evident the last owner had not had exterminating services. I signed up with Family Pest Control for quarterly service. My exterminator was Robert, who was very polite, professional and effectively treated the entire home inside and out. He was very conscientious about where he sprayed. After a few days, I am happy to say pests are gone and if find one, its dead. Thanks Robert and Family Pest Control for doing a great job.

They were very good. They were very thorough, and I thought the price was very reasonable compared to others. I would recommend to others. They were right on time.

The serviceman was congenial and began with an attic inspection. He repaired two holes where rodents were entering. He also placed hardware wire on two vents in the attic. Traps were also set in the attic and in the garage. He carefully explained all he was doing and provided quality information to keep pests out in the future. Have not seen or heard any more pests since he came. (Have called them again to treat my house for bugs.)

Family Pest Control were really, really good. I asked them if they spray for mosquitoes and they said they did, but it wasn't done. So I called back and asked them to do it and they came back to do it for me, for no extra charge. They were pretty fast coming out after I purchased the Big Deal. I think they came out the next available business day. They were able to accommodate me, because at that time, I didn't have furniture yet, so they were able to come early, to do it for us, before our furniture came in. It's a family oriented business and they were very honest.
