They sprayed the front and back for mosquitos, the lot is not big at all. The gentleman stated the treatment would last one month, it didn't even last a day. There was no reduction in mosquitos, it was 92.01 spent for nothing

Jess arrived right on time, explained what he would be doing, and was very informative. He told us what to expect and was very thorough. We have not seen any bugs since the house was treated. We purchased a full year of service.

Excellent. Service provided by Chris. Arrived on time, explained how treatment is done. He was able to answer all our questions. He used a lot of care to keep areas inside the house clean. We are thankful that no termite activity was found but we feel comfortable that we are protected for many years to come. The technician arrived promptly. He was very friendly and informative. He made some suggestions about how to further proof our attic space from having unwanted critters.

They were very responsive and set up the appointment when it was convenient for me. They came out to service. The techs were very knowledgeable. They preformed the services both inside and out. They completed the work in about 2 hours. It was a compete just that they did around the deck work, I have extensive deck work. That evening we had a 2 inch rain. I called them on the next business day, and they offered to come back out, take a look and reapply if necessary. They came back out on May 5th, and did what needed to done again. I am quiet happy. I would have no hesitation to use them again.

After one of their technicians came and did a subpar job I left a message over the weekend that I was dissatisfied with the work. Monday morning I received a call wanting to know what the problem was after speaking to the lady she said that she was very sorry and that they would come back on the follow-up visit with a check for us. I then informed her that my mother would be calling her because the check isn't what we wanted we wanted the job done right. Today they sent out 3 technicians that did an extremely thorough job the explain to my mother exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done my mom told them that it wasn't their fault. When one of the gentleman actually said Well ma'am this is my company and the job reflects on me he was the one getting his hands dirty up in the attic. My mother was extremely impressed as was I when she told me I would like to say that I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone that is looking for a reputable honest Pest Control remover.

During replacement of gutters and rotten facia board on my house, my home repairman advised discovery of live termites late one afternoon. When the first pest control company I contacted at 8:00 am next morning didn't return my call within 6 hours, I called Family Pest Control, advised them that in the middle of my gutter and paint job, we had discovered a live termite infestation, which halted completion of my home repairs until termites could be treated. Ms. Joann had the owner, who happens to be their termite specialist, out to inspect the next morning, and he immediately advised to my relief that it wasn't termites, but carpenter ants. He went ahead and provided a spot treatment at the opening where rotten wood had been cut away, leading into my attic. This allowed my repairman to continue & complete the gutter job as scheduled. I scheduled Family Pest Control to provide a thorough treatment for the entire house the following week, which was handled by their technician Scott, arriving on time and promptly completing the service. He not only treated areas under my wood siding and around the perimeter of house, but also sprayed the piled firewood and front & back yards. Highly recommend these folks for their concern and prompt service.

Family Pest Control has been very reliable and helpful with our pest control needs. They have been servicing my children's home for two and a half years now. I am going to be using them myself at my home now as well.

Gentleman was very friendly. Kind of loud but when he started talking about the bugs he became very serious and technical. They did need 2 trips to complete the service but they showed up each time promptly. Weve not had any major pest issues since then. I would use them again if needed.

Family Pest Control is phenomenal - I switched over to them after being very dissatisfied with my current pest control company. They came out initially to set traps in our attic and yard, and made two subsequent trips out to check the traps and eventually remove them. We also initiated quarterly pest control service with them. They give you a one hour window of when they will arrive and are always very punctual. The gentlemen who come out are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. I've been so grateful for their services.

The pest control arrived on time. He was very professional. After asking about any problems i may have observed, he efficiently sprayed the baseboards. I particularly appreciated that he wore shoe covers while in my home. I have used this service for several years and they have been consistently fantastic! I would highly recommend their service.

It doesn't look too different to me, but I don't know how long it takes to get rid of them.

I give them A for everything. The only thing is we had some miscommunication but I don't think that was their fault.
