Friendly response when I first called to schedule. They were able to schedule the next day and arrived on time. He crawled under the house, even in the low part through a small hole. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. He cleaned up after himself.

The technician came when scheduled, and was courteous, asking if I was having any particular trouble with bugs. This was a technician that I didn't know, but he was equally courteous and professional as all the others who have been sent for service by this company. They never pressured me to sign any contracts for service, but offered me a special price if I would like to be set up for quarterly service, which I did. I really like the office staff who call to set up the quarterly service--they are so friendly! They are a pleasure to do work with and I highly recommend them.

They are a local company. We have been using them for nine years. They come out quarterly and come on time. We pay them each time they come out. The same people come out each time, which I like. They are very personable. They come back out if we have another problem without charging us extra. They notify us by e-mail or call us before coming out.

They are excellent. They are very personable and prompt. They do good work and kill all the bugs in my house. I had spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of the fleas myself, and it would have been so much cheaper if I had called them to come and do it in the first place.

Family Pest has been our choice for extermination for many years. They have always been professional, courteous, and their follow-up is excellent. They keep us informed as to when our next service is due and make it very easy to schedule. The results must be good as we rarely see any type of bugs or pests anywhere around or in our home. All of a sudden they stopped returning calls, following up, or even showing up. I finally stopped using them and started using another company. They told me that they had been bought out. Actually they weren?t sure what was going on. They used to send out different people every time and this was also one of the reasons I started having issues with them. I had brought it to their attention many times and they used to say that was all they could do. I would not recommend Family Pest Control to anyone.

The exterminator was courteous and professional.

My mother introduced me to them and I was using their services for many years. If I needed them, then I could call them, but I never had to do so. I sometimes do see roaches, but they die the next day itself. It?s been over 5 years, since I had them come home and do the service. I don?t have any problems now. Yesterday when I woke up I saw 3 roaches that were dead in the house. I have not sprayed anything in the house and it?s just whatever they used the last time which has kept the pests away. They used to come once every 3 months and not on a monthly basis like the other pest control guys do. I didn?t want them to come on a routine basis, as I felt it wouldn?t be very effective. I had a dog and I didn?t want the dog to sniff the pesticide that they had sprayed, as it could have been dangerous for my dog. However, it?s definitely dangerous for roaches. They were very good and awesome. In case I have to call them back then I hope they would be the same people who owned it. They never used to send the same guys, but they were all alike. They were very professional, nice and knowledgeable in what they did. I definitely trusted them. If I didn?t like them or trusted them, then I wouldn?t have used them.

I used this company a while back and because they did such a fantastic job I though I would call them again. I was not happy at all with their latest work, there were still termites around. They haven t called me back either, when they were supposed to.

I am always pleased with the service man from Family pest control; he is on time and very professional in his work. I have things sprayed quarterly to keep away ants, spiders, roaches and other pests. There have been no problems since we started using this service and he will come again in another four months to spray again.

They are a small family business and they do a great job. They remind us when its time to be sprayed and they are real prompt. They were a referral from a friend and have been providing service to us for a while. We do not have any problems with ants or bugs.
