FAMILY PEST CONTROL

Friendly office staff and the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable.. Arrived on time..inquired about any pests and bugs that had been sighted in the house and explained what he was going to do. Told me of 30 days to call them back if I still saw any bugs...they would come out to retreat..immediate improvement of the bugs around house....... toward end of the 30 days saw a few pests again ....I called back for a re treatment and they will be out....this week...could have been here sooner but always happy to work around my schedule. I will be using them in the future....Highly recommend them...no added costs or high pressure sales tacitics!!

Prompt service and expert advice without overselling a product or service. After inspecting the house, we were assured that the termites I had seen were a passing occurrence. Definitely recommend their service, and would do business with them again anytime.

I got this because i'm having a ridiculous problem with squirrels. Unfortunately after several visits and trapping only 1 squirrel i still have them coming into my residents. Attempts at ceiling any entries in the house apparently failed and the foam he used is easily visible and makes the house look ridiculous. The only saving grace is they did not end up charging me for the rodent removal service they were going to charge me extra for, but i'm still out my angies list money.

The gentleman was very professional and polite. He wore shoe protectors in the house. I had left the black debris (which I presumed was from ants) on the cupboard so he could see it. He looked at it very carefully on a white paper towel with a magnifying glass, looked inside the cupboard and outside of the house. He said he did not see any evidence of ants and that the debris was probably coming from a crack inside of the wall. He said that no treatment was needed so did not charge me anything, not even for a service call. I greatly respected his honesty and would definitely call him again if ants do show up.

I have been using Family Pest Control for about 7 months. I signed up for the yearly plan and I am happy with the service, professionalism and punctuality. I have had to call them out once between treatments for spiders. When I called they responded with in 24 hours and the problem was resolved. I would recommend them and I will renew my contract.

Company is a "mom and pop" firm. The wife answered the phone and scheduled the treatment; she was both professional and pleasing to converse with. The chemical treatment came to the house on scheduled. He explained the treatment protocol and answered our questions about safety, etc. He also looked at two wooden outbuildings that had experienced termite damage. We worked out a plan to treat the buildings when they were to be remodeled. He said there would be no additional charge. We later tore the buildings down and replaced them with a metal building. Several months later, we found an unknown substance that appeared to be saw dust. We called and scheduled a visit. Everyone was just as professional, punctual, and friendly as our first encounter. He came out, surveyed the situation, and proposed a solution; all at no additional charge. We followed the proposed solution and have had no further problems.

Family Pest Control performed indoor and outdoor treatment; we got an additional ant treatment for the outside as the yard seems to have been neglected for a while. Bob was able to come to the house the day after initial contact was made and was professional, friendly, and made recommendations. We will certainly continue to use Family Pest Control on a regular basis.

Family Pest Control offers a yearly fee at a discount and comes out quarterly or in between if there is a problem. I have had their services since 1998 and they are efficient.

Bob was prompt for our appointment and throughly inspected my home for termite activity. I already knew I had termites and he found all the evidence I had fount and then some. We negotiated the price and he started work as soon as the weather permitted. I have every confidence in his product and that my home will be protected for many years. I will use this company for all my pest control from now on.

Bob arrived on time and was amiable and professional. I had not moved into the house yet, so the company advised me to get the initial spraying done before I moved in, especially in the cabinets where the dishes would be. I told them I found them on Angie's List. I do not know if they gave me the 10% discount or not. Quarterly spraying will be $85 and that is what I paid on the first visit + tax. It was raining that day and they were not able to spray the outside as they indicated they always do quarterly. So we set up another day to come do the yard when the sun was shining and Ruben showed up promptly on time and was finished in less than 10 minutes.

Bob did the inspection and gave me the report that there was no termite activity. Whole process took less than 1 hour, more like 30 minutes. Cost was $125 plus tax.

The overall experience was outstanding. I sent an email requesting service needed and they called back within an hour or so. I explained my situtation and they were able to accommodate my work schedule and came out 8am the next day! Bob arrived promptly at 8am. He was finished by 9am. I could already see results before he left! The price was exactly what he quoted me and no pressure to sign up for more services! I would absolutely use them again!

Outstanding company with personalized service. Was very thorough and sprayed for all types of bugs inside and outside of my house. Would recommend without any reservations.

They come out every month to do the service. They spray in the garden and all over the house. They are very nice. Their price is reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Ruben showed up on time and was very professional. He knew that we had just purchased this home and he performed the initial pest treatment. He treated the entire house, attic and surrounding area of the home. I have used Family Pest Control for many years and have always felt well taken care of. They will come and retreat the home if necessary between treatments but I have never had to have them do that. If you give them a try you won't be disappointed.

My house was infested with scorpions (after lots of rain this winter/spring) and fleas (thanks to my dogs after they stayed with friends). Bob responded to my email inquiry IMMEDIATELY, suggested the best way to get the services I needed for the best price, and gave me an approximate quote that I requested, without having seen the property. I received a 10% discount and a free yard treatment because of an Angie's list coupon. There was an extra charge to use chemicals to kill the flea eggs in the yard (totally worth the charge!!), but they used this on the inside of the house as well for free! My husband was there for the treatment and the technician was right on time, performed everything they said they would, including spraying in the garage and attic, then discussed with my husband the appropriate treatment of our dogs and the rest of the house to make sure our infestation did not return. The price - EXACTLY what was quoted. I am extremely happy and will absolutely use them again for future pest service needs.

Bob came out to my home on Saturday morning 3/17/12, looked everything over and gave me an estimate. Because of storms expected in the area a day or two later, we arranged for him to come back on Thurs 3/22/12 to allow for things to dry out and bring out any and all possible pests to determine the final treament cost. Bob was punctual on both visits and very professional. I made arrangements to call in my credit card number to the office that same morning so that my wife wouldn't have to be home. I spoke to Bob's wife and she was very nice too. I asked her if I could receive some kind of discount as I thought I saw one on Angie's List that might apply. She said she would check with Bob and let me know. I provided my email address and was told that I would receive a statement of the final costs and services rendered via email within 24 hours. FPC is a great company with integrity and a true treasure in this day and age. I will always use them when I need to and refer them to others as well. My entire experience with them has been great and my wife is pleased as well.

Family Pest & Lawn has been my pest control company for a long time--they have made quarterly visits to my home for 25 years. Everyone, from Joanne, who schedules appointments, to Ruben, the technician, are the epitome of professionalism and responsiveness.

They are always on time and they have contracts available. If there is a problem they will come back and take care of it right away.

My house was infested with something that was biting me and driving me crazy. After a lot of research, we decided to go with Family Pest Control based on their many satisfied clients. The technician that came out was wonderful, prompt, friendly and professional. He was able to determine the most likely pest problem based on my bites and covered the yard heavier than normal because of recent heavy rains. He also recommended natural options for keeping stray cats out of the crawlspace under our house and thoroughly explained what I needed to do after the spraying. The service was definitely productive, I've found all kinds of dead bugs I never knew were hiding out in the house (cue creeped out shiver, so glad they're dead now!). We're so satisfied with the service we will be getting quarterly service. Couldn't be happier with this company!
