Description of Work: I think they are putting food out. We never had issues with ants before they first came. Every since we are inundated with them. We called them back out and they said ants are not pests covered by typical pest control services. They offered to help but only for an additional fee of $350. They claimed it was carpenter ants, but I already had another service come out, treat as part of the normal home service and the problem is already better. They were just fire ants. I am locked into this deal for the year and wish I had never bought it.

I don't understand why [Member Name Removed] did not contact us about his continued ant problem. The second time we were at his home, we discovered carpenter ants, which we treated and they are apparently now gone. He has a six month warranty against their return. The infestation of fire ants may have come after our initial visit due to the recent rains, which is common for fire ants. We would have re-treated for the fire ants in his home if only he had contacted us. Ants in the home are covered by the 90 day warranty. We feel that this customer has not communicated with us very well, however, Family Pest Control always stands behind our service and we insist on total customer satisfaction. We will make sure he is reimbursed fully for his Annual Pest Control purchase, and we apologize for any misunderstanding we may have caused.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal Termidor termite treatment from Family Pest Control for $599. The price was hundreds of dollars cheaper that other companies I had called. The company called me to schedule the the service and came the next week to do the treatment. Technician arrived on time and I was impressed with the job he did. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Set out poison boxes for rats. Went to my garage basement to see if I had rat damage. He told me I did not. I did not believe him. I could have had anyone come and tell me what they thought. My own pest control service has all ready set out poison boxes for rats. I thought this service had more to offer, but he did not. He was nice, but acted like having rats is just going to be a normal thing and there is not much I can do.
