+ -1 moreVery well! The technician, Jonnatan Gonzales, was punctual, very professional, knew what he was doing, and completed the job sooner than I expected. Additionally, the office staff was very professional, easy to work with, and patiently answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again if I need pest control, and will recommend them to friends.

+ -1 moreExtremely well! Jonnatan Gonzalez showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly what to do, explained what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. He completed the job smoothly and more quickly than I expected. I had caution tape that I was wrapping around the treated area to keep children out of it while the pesticide dried. Jonnatan knew a better, quicker way to wrap the tape and completed the job in less than 5 minutes (it would have taken me much longer!) If I need pest control in the future, Family Pest Control is the co. I'll call and Jonnatan is the technician I'll ask for.
