Family Leisure

My Husband and I had left ordering our new patio furniture to the last minute and we desperately needed it to be delivered asap as we had a party planned at our home. We met with Scott at Family Leisure and he was extremely helpful in helping us choose some great long lasting furniture in colors that we loved. We explained to Scott that we needed delivery in less than 3 weeks but that we understood if that wasn't possible. He assured us he would do absolutely everything in his power to get the furniture made and delivered within our time frame. A couple of days after we ordered he confirmed that the manufacturing company would get to work on our order and even though Thanksgiving was coming up, they would do their best to get it shipped asap. Scott followed up with us a few more times to assure us that we had a ship date from the manufacturer and that it would be arriving at their store before we needed it and we would absolutely have it delivered by December 6th. As promised our table and chairs arrived at Family Leisure at the beginning of the week and we set up delivery for that Saturday. I was out of town while the table and chairs were delivered and two of my friends accepted delivery from Jacob and Jonathan. They said the delivery guys were fantastic and as promised hauled away our old table for us. The delivery guys were not permitted to accept tips so I plan on contacting Family Leisure to let them know how extremely pleased we were with the service from beginning to end. We will absolutely look to Family Leisure anytime we need patio/media room furniture and accessories. In fact, we plan some time in the future to replace some other patio furniture and we will definitely be ordering through Family Leisure again. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Everything was fine with them. They came out twice as we had to expand a previous pool pad that we had and they wanted to make sure that everything was level before doing the installation. I have had no problems with the pool.

We bought a cover for the new hot tube and the seams on the fold were coming open the 1st week we got it. I called Family Leasure where we purchased the hot tube and cover to schedule a time for someone to come and fix it. I was very surprised that they charge 75.00 for service calls, doesnt matter that the product is under warranty. If you buy a hot tub from them be aware that if you have any problems with it even if its under warranty you will have to pay 75.00 for a service call.

I had bought a pool from Family Leisure and signed a contract. After I had signed the contract they kept trying to add more things to the cost of the pool. They tried to do a bait and switch with me. I went to the store to have them put in writing exactly what I had purchased from them. They would not put it in writing so I demanded a refund. The advertised price is lower than when you get to the store.
