F Ramos Resurfacing & Painting

The owner did the spraying of cabinets and that was about all his time on the job. He had two employees do most of the work and he was rarely on the job - we thought he would be involved in all the work. We had to remind the workers of what was bid and they still did not complete the work - they missed doing some doors, the fireplace and even after we reminded them that work was included in the bid, they didn't finish it - owner promised they were going to come back and do touch up work and finish what was left undone. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of paying him before the job was completed. After repeated calls to him asking when they would come and after many promises that it would be tomorrow or next week or whatever. . . they simply stopped returning calls and never have finished the job. The overall quality of work that was done is average, but if it's not done, what good is that?
