Extreme Plumbing & Drain Service

We only use Extreme Plumbing. Louie is awesome. We have used him at our home, my mother in laws home. He is old school really cares about his customers. Not out to gouge you to make money. If treats his jobs as if he was working on his own home. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to share helpful hints. You can always call, Sandy is always there and if she can't answer, she will respond in a very timely manner. I can't say enough great things about this company. Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction,.............it has seem to gone away in most companies, but not in Extreme Plumbing :)

He no longer had any money to start or even pull a permit to begin work for us. Indeed he was mad and didn't answer our calls and he only refunded us $4000.00 dollars from the $10,000, now he has change his name to Joe and has a lawyer with no number listed. Warned all other clients, and he is not trustworthy in a very reputable website such as Angie's list.

Luie, was very prompt and professional. He explained 3 different possible scenarios before arriving to home, with potential cost to repair. He arrived, accessed the situation and recommended a solution. He placed the water spout and internal parts. There was no interior wall water damage, but some water seeping between the floor and bath tub. He recommended steps to fix the leaking between floors. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with! I would recommend him to anyone as a service provider. Great Work, friendly man! Gets the job done.

Mr. Garza was professional and extremely reliable. He found the pipe that was leaking in my slab and re-routed it. He and his wife, Sandy, run a great business. I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing!

Luie Garza flushed water heaters in my house and a rental. He also inspected the water heater and valves for leaks. What impressed me the most is that Luie showed me how to maintain the water heaters and flush them myself. Luie is highly personable and the price was reasonable.

A+++.....First, the trip charge was less than the other guys advertised price with a coupon....I needed to get these repairs done by end of day, it was my only day off of the week, I explained this to Luis and he went ahead and stopped by at 6:00 and completed the repairs within 30 minutes and didn't charge me the additional after hours charge. Extreme Plumbing will always be my first call for plumbing issues. And, I've recommended them to my Mother.

Arrived on time. Work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

If Angie's List allowed folks to give an A+ rating that's what I would give Extreme Plumbing! Louie and his crew did a phenomenal job installing our toilets and vanity. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to meet our needs. He came after hours on a Saturday evening to install one of the three toilets knowing that we wouldn't have any usable toilets till the following Tuesday. His prices are competitive and his workmanship is top notch. His is quite detailed oriented, personable, and professional. You can tell he's done this for a long time based on how efficient and knowledgeable he is. His wife, Sandra, is the contact person and she is fantastic! Her response to my questions were timely and her communication throughout the process was flawless. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future!

Did a wonderful job. A few months later we had a major plumbing leak in the middle of our living room. Ruined the hardwood flooring. Called major brand names in plumbing and got quotes. Then called Extreme Plumbing since we still had his business card. He gave a very reasonable quote and found the leak - not where all the other plumbers thought it would be. Had it fixed in a couple of days and we were very pleased. This could easily have turned out to have been $5,000 worth of repairs. But it ended up only costing half that. We were so relieved. He also replaced the hot water heater and gave us a discount since he was already there.

Awesome. Can't tell you how great Louie and his team were. Took great pains to protect our wood floors and prep before the job be they started. Simply fantastic. If you do not hire Louie, you are making a mistake.

We recently moved into this house. We discovered that nothing in the house was ever serviced. We have been working through all the major appliances getting them serviced. I have been using Angie's list as we are new to this area. We found Extreme Plumbing to be very prompt in coming to access our problem. Very long story short, it was in our best interest to replace the hot water heater with a new one and start a new. Sandy, the office manager ,was an angel and the crew was wonderful. We will certainly be calling them for other issues that arise in the future as well as maintenance on the system. We highly recommend them to others.

First he cleaned-out the wall drain and then he went on the roof and cleaned-out the line to the main. Good experience and good value. he and his helper were clean, courteous and did a quality job.

I don't want to end this review with the my only negative comment - so I will get it out of the way - which was the price was too high. The water heater itself was approximately $400.00 (online search) and I paid $1220.00. The Service was great and Louie was great but all in all I felt the price was too high. With that said though - the rest of the story.....ALL GOOD!! Contacted them on Friday - they showed up Friday evening to give an estimate. Louie explained all the options and pricing, from coupler replacement, thermos replacement, to total water heater replacement. I am a retired Marine and simply put - Louie is an honest man, harder and harder to find these days. After discussions to include pricing, I opted to go with replacing the old water heater. Louie scheduled me for Monday afternoon. On Monday, he arrived promptly with the water heater and enough manpower to do the work. They dropped out the old water heater (it was in the attic) and lifted in the new water heater. Replaced the water fittings and gas fitting. All done from arrival to departure in about 11/2 hrs. Louie guarantees his work for 2 years. Fast forward to later in the week and Sandy contacts me and asks if it is ok for Louie to come back by just to double check the work. Of course I say yes and like clock work Louie shows up to check on it. Great family owned/operated company and even though the price was a bit high - If I need to I will use them again!

The provider arrived promptly. The customer service was excellent and quality of work was outstanding.

Excellent service. They were punctual, professional and friendly. One drain was clogged and 2 were just running slow. They evaluated what the problem was and cleared all three drains. The price was reasonable.

Called Extreme Plumbing Saturday morning after going without water pressure for two days. Call was answered promptly and very courteously. Luie called me within 30 minutes to arrange a time for him to come by. He arrived on time and started to work right away. He installed a high quality pressure valve and gave me a one year warranty on parts and labor. Extreme Plumbing's price was $300 less than major competitors quotes with a much better warranty (3 months parts and labor with other companies). Luie is very professional and an expert in his trade. This is my third pressure valve replacement and Luie explained why I had replaced two previous ones, they were of poor quality materials and substandard installation procedures. He took his time in fixing the shoddy work previous plumbers had done. Additionally, he fixed a water pressure issue my next door neighbor had at no charge.

I was very pleased with the work. He called to say he was running late, went to work as soon as he arrived and was finished w/in 30 mins. He their son was very polite

I first tried, myself, repairing a constant loss of tank water without success. Luie suggested I replace my 12-inch rough-in toilet with a 10-inch, because the tank would not seat squarely on the toilet. He explained how I could install it myself, and I did it without too much effort.

I scheduled the appt for 7:30am on a workday, and he knocked on my door at precisely 7:30am. I was impressed right off. Did his work quickly and efficiently since I had to be leaving for work soon. Very friendly guy, we will use him for all of our plumbing jobs from now on.

Luie and assistant arrived on time after I had callled that morning to request service; they worked me into the schedule. Luie flushed the hot water heater and wrote down the steps about how to do it so I would be able to accomplish that task myself in the future. The hot and cold water lines were to a basement sink and in a very cramped space. The shut off valves had frozen over time and Luie quickly and efficiently replaced them with valves that would be much easier to close next time I had a faucet leak. Good solution to this problem instead of just accomplishing the minimum required to stop the drain leak. Extreme Plumbing takes the extra step to give the best service possible. I will definitely call this company again.

Our experience with Extreme Plumbing was beyond compare. Everything from Sandy's assistance and responsiveness in their office to scheduling our appointment. Sandy even called a day early to see if we could do the job sooner because they had an unexpected opening in the afternoon. Sandy documented everything we needed to be done and was very agreeable to work with our schedule in timing of the appointment. Luie & Jonathan showed up 5 minutes early and were very polite in introducing themselves as soon as they arrived. They first assessed all of the different things we needed to have done and prioritized the different projects. They determined that our garbage disposal was beyond repair and I ran out to get a new disposal while they continued to work on the other projects. They fixed everything we needed done and were very neat and careful in all of the projects. They also explained what they were doing with each of the repairs and also provided additional information on how to properly maintain the plumbing in the house. Luie also provided detailed explanations on how to properly set the water softener cycle and cleaned it and filled it with salt. In addition, Luie and Jonathan provided explanations and information on the hot water heaters. Overall, working with Sandy, Luie & Jonathan from Extreme Plumbing & Drain was a pleasure. They were knowledgable, professional, neat and very economical for the amount of service they performed. The work was performed at my in-laws house and Luie's professionalism, experience and courtesy eased my in-laws concerns about their plumbing problems. They will defintely call Luie and Extreme Plumbing again!

Luie arrived ahead of schedule and listened carefully to the history of the problem. He and his son went straight to work, first assessing the situation in the shower from the inside and then moving to the outside (underneath the house and upon the roof). Upon he ascent from underneath the house, Luie showed me a photo of the separated drain pipe which would need repair in the near future since clearing the shower clog would not remedy the dislocation of the pipe. He provided an estimate of the costs for this future project and informed me that I should abandon use of that bathroom until these repairs are made. Since the project will involve digging a hole in the front yard, etc., I told him I would need to postpone this a few weeks. The estimated costs for these future drain services is $1445. All-in-all, it went well and both Luie and his son were very professional, personable, and courteous. I will schedule the additional work in mid-May.
