We called Tommy for a second opinion after a competitor's technicians claimed we needed a new motherboard as a "band-aid" fix to the tune of $749. Tommy was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly determined that a fuse was missing from the motherboard (?? - we had not taken out any such fuse ourselves) and that the outside disconnect was inserted upside down (again - ?? - we had not accessed this component ourselves). Whereas said competitor's team took over an hour to "diagnose" the problem, Tommy immediately identified the cause and fixed it pronto, saving us hundreds of dollars!!! Will definitely call Tommy first the next time we need A/C service and will most certainly recommend him to others.

Called for my annual cleaning a little later than normal because I decided to stop using my previous provider after many years, they were always trying to sell me something. Mr. Hinojosa is a small business owner since 1996 and what is great is that he does it all himself. When you call you speak directly with him to determine your needs and appointments and costs. He does the work so you will always have the same person at your home and he will get to know you and your a/c/heating system needs. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time. My outside unit was very dirty indicating the previous company had not done their job too well.
