came out at the time appointed. got back to me right away with a quote. the quote was fair but as we wanted a more comprehensive job -- landscaping, well work -- we went with another provider. had all we wanted was irrigation, we probably would have chosen Mr. Vivion.

I needed lots of sprinkler work done and called Evergreen after finding them highly rated on Angie's List. I called and explained to Rick my sprinkler issues. I told him that I just happened to be off for the day and it would be hard for me to make an appointment. He told me that if possible he would fit me in and within a couple of hours the technician was calling me asking for directions! When the technician arrived I showed him all the problems that I was concerned about. He told me the hourly rate and that parts would be extra. He went straight to work for about 2-3 hours and never took a break. He fixed everything that needed to be done and did stuff to cover areas that I did not even address up front because I had not even thought about them. The guy was a true professional that knew what needed to be done and took the initiative to just do it (I wish I could remember his name). This is what I call service. I am very happen with my yard sprinklers now and would definitely use Evergreen again if I need sprinkler work. I highly recommend this company. The attention to detail, professionalism and quick response was worth the small price I paid!

Called on Monday. Agreed to come out Tuesday between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. No show. Called at 9:20 - assistant sounded like I woke him up. But, a**'t got to my residence by about 10:00 a.m. Stayed all day until problem fixed and sprinkler system was properly working.

The heads were fixed. But everything that has followed because of the settings he set are NOT good.

I found this company via Angieslist and called the owner to setup an appointment to inspect and repair my leaking sprinkler system that caused me over $1K in water bills. They came out next day and Mr. Sample, with his signature hat and cigar, started working on the problem. He worked methodically and in a thorough manner. Mr. Sample inspected and repaired all sprinkler heads, he faulty pipe and relocated two sprinklerheads, which required him laying new pipes. In all, it took him over 1.5 days to finish the job (I have 9 stations and a big yard) and tested that everything was working properly. Initially he quoted around $720 but after accepting the Angieslist coupon he charged me only $572 for everything, including two trips to Lowe's and all materials and labor. I find this a very fair price. I will recommend Evergreen sprinkler company to my family and friends as a reliable and fair service provider.

They arrived on time. They listened to my problem. Thay made appropriate repairs and they were polite.

Rick charged me $575.00 for the job. I thought that maybe the valves were professional grade and cost quite a bit. I looked up the valves on the internet and found they cost about $14 each. So at most, including the four small boxes, Rick had $100 of material in the job. So I was chaged $475 for two guys for two hours work. I feel Rick took advantage of a situation where the price was flexible. As a result, I would never allow him to do a job unless he gave me a firm estimate and compared it to a couple of others. I have to say it is disappointing. Generally those rated highly on Angie's list are great to work with. I can't say that about Rick at Evergreen Sprinkler.

They made many repairs and gave good attention to elements that needed help. They fixed several sprinkler heads. One I new had a leak from how it performed for me. Another he found buried underground and was able to get it back into service with the repair. He capped off an area where the previous owner left a storage box for us - and it was sitting over a sprinkler, just spitting out water on nothing. So he saved us some water there. With the Angie's List coupon, the price was very reasonable - about $150 for all the work. It would have been several trips to Home Depot for me to do that, and I never would have found what he did. Very professional and helpful.

I agreed to the work on Wednesday and he was able to come out with his technician on Friday morning to get the project done. It all went well and I appreciate that he got to my work so fast when I know this is a busy time of year.

The technician was outstanding. He had about seventeen years of experience. He was very knowledgeable. He found a problem with the control box that was covered by a landscaper’s work. He was able to find it and repair it. I was impressed because it could have taken weeks to find it. It took him about two hours for him to get everything running. They were reasonable and did an outstanding job.

Called Rick on Monday and he had his crew out first thing Wednesday morning. They were on time and professional, they completed the required work in minimal time. We will definitely go with this company again if we ever need sprinkler services/repairs. We are also looking into getting some landscaping done with Rick. Great company.

Mr. Sample provided superb customer service. He's very professional, knowledgeable and will take the appropriate amount of time to service the sprinkler system.

Rick the owner is great to work with and a man of integrity. He made sure that the yard was going to get plenty of water and helped firgue out how to deal with a hill in my front yard. His guys were on time and worked very hard. They also cleaned up after themselves. His price is not the cheapest but it is fair. I have recommended Evergreen to several people.

Rick from Evergreen contacted me and made an appointment for a specified date and time. Evergreen was a little late to the appointment, but "Sample", the gentlemen who arrived was very apologetic and responsive to my inquiry/concern with my sprinkler system. Sample was able to quickly access the problem and start work. Sample did an excellent job of describing what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and what I could expect when he was complete. He was knowledgeable in his work, and was able to multi-task during the job. It was apparent that he took pride in his work, and his representation of Evergreen company. The job was completed in the approximated time that was given, and Sample made an offer to double check the work if I saw any problems. Great Job Sample!!

The owner, Rick, was very thorough with his estimate and description of the system to be installed. He explained all the benefits of using his recommended sprayers for the irrigation system. I'm so glad he explained why we should stay away from rotor sprayers for our yard even though it is cheaper to install. Rick promised that the Hunter Pro C would be user friendly to use which it definitely is. We were kept informed every step of the way when work would start and the time of arrival for each day's work to begin. We received top notch service from everyone on his team including Freddie, his installation team supervisor. My lawn now has complete irrigation coverage and will be so much easier to water this summer as opposed to my 3 a.m. watering efforts last year during our severe drought! We decided to add the drip irrigation system to help with some of the house shifting that we have struggled with for years. At the moment the house if perfectly level due to all the rain we had this spring so we will be keeping an eye on ground changes and house movement as we go into our next predicted dry summer for 2012. We feel truly blessed to have chosen Evergreen Sprinkler Co to do our installation. They are a company who has been in business for a long time and will be there for us if warranty work is ever needed. We are definitely happy customers!

We just moved into a new home and the builder put in lawn and p,ants but no irrigation. We were concerned of losing the lawn if we didn't get irrigation in quickly and when I found Rick on Angie's List and called he responded within 10 min. He came out right away, gave us good advice on the plant locations and made good suggestions of how to lay out the irrigation. His price seemed fair and he got started when he said he would. When rain delayed the job he and his crew were very good about letting us know when to expect them back. Overall great job!

Oh my gosh. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Mr. Robert Sample showed up 15 minutes early to do the work. He was very pleasant and professional. He dug up the ground and replaced the valve and installed the backflow preventer quickly and effecienlty. Took about 2 hours. Not bad! When filling in the hole, he even place some of the sod back on top so the grass would grow back quicker. Excellent work and highly recommend this company!!!

Sample is a true professional and very pleasant to work with. He capped the sprinkler lines and then dug up two valves so they can be used later as they would have been covered over by my pool deck.

The previous owner left special instructions to call Evergreen Sprinkler if there was ever any issue with the irrigation system. Now I know why: Sample (the serviceman) is great. After locating the suspect valve, Sample quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the diaphragm, tested the system, and was on his way.

Mr. Sample came on 8/31/2011 and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was very happy with his work!
