Work was scheduled for several days from first phone call. Scheduled day was postponed one day due to heavy rain in the area. Technician Robert arrived on time on the scheduled day. Robert was professional and courteous, and explained what he was doing as he worked. After the box installation he checked the operation of all the sprinkler heads for other damage. Charge was what was quoted. I am completely happy with this work and will not hesitate to use Evergreen again.

This company did landscaping for us. They added river rock and sod which helped to avoid flooding in our yard. They also designed a boarder with stone and the river rock went behind that. They will be coming out to more work. Great work.

was able to schedule quickly (next day) when I called to schedule, while others were not able to schedule for 3-4 weeks. Serviceman was on time, was very friendly and personable and was very knowledgeable - so he was able to find the problem and repair quickly. After the repair was completed, he cleaned up the area nicely.

Robert Sample, the irrigation technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, industrious, and proficient! He kept us up to date with his progress at all times. The sprinkler repair exceeded our expectations. Our irrigation system is operating like new. I would definitely recommend Evergreen Sprinkler Repair and Installation for all their sprinkler needs.

Mr. Sample listened to my explanation of what I thought needed to be checked out with sprinkler risers and nozzles for the five zones in my yard. Some nozzles were wasting water by overshooting the grass and onto the sidewalk. Several were buried too deep or too tall for the area. And one riser/nozzle was crooked. He analyzed everything by going through each zone and flagging what needed to be repaired or changed for greater efficiency. He did the repair work, then checked the results, answered my questions about the possibility of drip irrigation and gave me a bill. Mr. Sample was efficient and courteous. I decided to not revamp my current sprinkler system this summer with the drip irrigation because the changes he made today should make a difference for the plants in the flower beds. I will call Evergreen again when I need help with the sprinkler system.

Rick was very responsive when I called him about rerouting our sprinkler system due to putting a concrete area on the back of my home. I call him on a Thursday and by the next Monday Robert came out to work on the sprinklers. After looking at the system Robert determined that the valves needed to be replaced due to them not working as they should. The pressure was not as strong as it should be. Robert was very detailed in what he needed to do and explained why it needed to be done. Robert was very friendly and professional. He had several jobs for that day and due to the extra time it took at my place he had to reschedule all of them. He did not rush and did a great job rerouting the sprinklers in the front and back to make sure the water did not go out into the street. He also ensured that the water was being evenly distributed in the front and back areas. Could not be happier with the quality and service of this company. Will definately use them again when needed.

Spring testing showed almost no flow at any sprinkler. We tried another Angie's list provider but delay forced us to cancel and call this provider who had originally installed the new controller. They came out within two days and fixed the problems we had, along with some we didn't know about because of the low flow. Good job at a reasonable price.

It went great right from the start. My phone call was immediately returned. A date and time was scheduled. Rick called me 45 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, it was raining so we rescheduled for the next day. Robert called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and walked the yard with me. I told him I was concerned about an apparent leak which showed up on my water bill but that I had not been able to find. He found the leak, showed it to me and fixed it while I bothered him with questions. I was greatly relieved to see my water meter stop spinning after his repair. Robert was extremely polite, courteous and professional and did a great job of fixing and tuning-up my sprinkler system. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We were out-of-town when our neighbor notified us on a Sunday afternoon that there was a rather large water leak in our yard. After checking to make sure nothing was leaking in the house, they turned off our water main. When we returned home that Sunday afternoon, we discovered the leak was coming from a sprinkler head and yet when we turned off the sprinkler system, the leak was still present. We called Evergreen Sprinkler to explain our situation to see if they could help us turn off the sprinkler system via phone. The owner, Rick, thought it might be a line connected to the water softener which is why the water was still leaking. He sent out his long-time worker, Robert, who has installed and worked on our sprinkler system in the past. He immediately found the problem which indeed was a main line fracture connected to the water softener and fixed it within the hour. Robert was fast and knew his stuff. He assured me I did not need to call a plumber and that he could fix it. Robert was professional, courteous and technically competent. I was finally able to get running water in the house.

They are extremely professional. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. We did have an issue with one of the sprinklers so I called them to have it replaced. He came right away to address the issue. My sprinkler system works great now and I am very happy with their service. Ask them to give prices before they start repairs.

Mr. Robert Sample, who checked our sprinkler system, did a FANTASTIC job of checking everything I asked him to do. He explained to me what exactly he did. Very vague on the actual schedule on when they were available. There window of availability was "sometime in the afternoon" which is frustrating with 2 working adults with 2 kids...(I can imagine this becomes exponentially more challenging with larger family responsibilities). Eventually a representative came to the house to conduct an estimate, and upon approval conduct the work. Apparently he began the work without authorization and once my wife realized he was already repairing the sprinkler system she asked him to give her an estimate of when it would be complete. This was around the 30-45 minute mark. He continued to say he was "almost done" for next 2 hours, and stated "just another minute" about 4 times over the last 45 minutes. By the time I got home he had already billed my wife for 4 hours of work. My wife told me she was afraid to confront him, and he would never stop to give her a straight answer. By the time I got home, he was already gone, but I am extremely unhappy with this company's professionalism and very unhappy with the person that did the work. I intend to contact the company and see if they can do anything to make up for the experience we had, but frankly, we should never have had the experience to begin with.

I had a patio addition added to our home and a few years ago causing the sprinkler system to be torn apart in some areas. I called Rick/Evergreen about a year ago and got an estimate to re-route the system and repair any existing heads. The estimate was for $1200. I did not do the work then but called Rick back in Feb 2013 to come out to see if he was still interested. He came out and looked it over and honored the estimate for last year. We worked out a good day to do the work and he showed up with his crew as scheduled. He instructed them on what to do and went to another job. The workers were here most of the day and did a lot of digging, re-routing of and repairing. I had plantes several trees and shrubs since the original work was done and they spray was not very efficient. They made the whole system much more efficient. Rick came back toward the end of the day as they finished up. We tested the system with no issues. I would use them again and would refer them to friends as well.

Evergreen called to say they were running late and asked if I would like to re-schedule. I said that it wasn't a major job and to comewhen finished currently. Robert was very polite and knowledgeable and showed me what needed to be done: raise one, replace sev eral heads and run the entire system. Then I asked him to change the watering time and day which he did. I used the 20% coupon which made it even more reasonable.

Had used Evergreen twice before with good results. Last encounter was very different. Final cost of job was double the estimate. Technician broke something in the ground so that system could not be turned back on. This happened late on a Friday or perhaps Saturday. The technician promised to replace the broken part the following Monday. The technician also volunteered that I should get a new sprinkler controller unit, that the one I had was "too old". He offered to install one on the side and stated that it would cost less than if his company installed one for me. This offer made me feel very uncomfortable. The technician never showed up to replace the broken part. I called the owner several days later. He stated that he knew nothing about the broken part. He also stated that it must have been old and rusty, but that he would get it replaced. The technician returned several days later and made the repair. Shortly after that, I turned the sprinkler controller unit back on and discovered that it no longer worked (although it was fine before Evergreen started the job). I bought a new controller unit and paid my handyman to install it. Once I finally got my sprinklers turned on, I noticed that some of the sprinklers were aimed to water my driveway instead of my lawn. I contacted Evergreen's owner and asked that he send someone else back out to correct the error. The owner said he had no other technician to send. I indicated that I was not comfortable having same technician return to my property. The owner never asked why or what happened. I did not rate this experience as "F" because most of the work appears to have been done correctly. However, I will not use Evergreen's services again and I will no longer recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with their service. They were very prompt.

Evergreen did a great job. I had several items identified from a home inspection that needed to be repaired on my sprinkler system. They showed up a few minutes late (much better than most contractors I've dealt with); but got right to work. He gave me an estimate, that was very fair; I accepted and the work was accomplished - fix a broken line and a rain gauge in a little less than 1 hour. Everything worked great. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely use then again.
