We turned on our very old sprinkler system for the first time, and one sprinkler didn't turn on, one shot straight up, the round valve thing made a big puddle. Under the ground, a pipe joint was completely broken causing another big puddle. So, I called them up and got the soonest appointment for a week later. So the guy arrived while we weren't home and he already had the front yard pipe fixed. Then he examined our back yard and gave us options and an estimate for repairs, and said he could move some heads but we opted not to. I think it was around $65 and hour and he worked for an hour, plus the cost for a new valve and other things. And I was able to pay with my credit card over the phone.

They were 2 hours late for the appointment due to unexpected problems at the job before mine. They arrived and checked sprinkler system and adjusted several sprinkler heads in less than an hour.

Scheduled two estimate meetings. Left work early, Mr. Vivion was a no show on both occasions. Must be independently wealthy.

I CALLED AT 4 PM, DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE, NO ANSWERING MACHINE NO VOICE CONTACT.

Robert arrived on time, checked the system, left to obtain the parts, and returned promptly for the repairs. Robert was professional, polite, and was helpful in clearly explaining the problem.

Hearing there was a leak, they came within 2 hours and were prepared to stay and fix immediately.

When contacted, the company was able to send out a technician the next day. This was important to me since I had a major water break. Although I managed to turn off the water, I needed to get the problem fixed quickly. Other companies I tried could only promise they would come within the week. They called the day of service and advised another job was delaying them but they would be there within two hours of the call and they met this promise. The technician, Mr. Sample, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem had been caused by originally locating the valve on top of some rocks. Every time the sprinkler went on, the valve was rubbing against the rocks and eventually broke. He had to pump out the standing water by hand which was messy work. He moved the valve slightly to avoid the rocks. He cleaned up the area and took dirt from the flower beds to fill up the hole. I was very satisfied with the whole job.

Rick and his crew, which included his son, did a very nice job from start to finish. The area was first stripped of grass which was then properly removed off premises, with installation of the plants following. Rick was very helpful and "threw in" the gutter re-routing as well as sprinkler head adjustments as part of the job (both arose after the estimate was given and accepted). The only "negative" to report is actually not one, as it was something that's an inherent risk when digging...a water line was accidentally ruptured. Rick immediately took care of things and all is well. I'd definitely use Evergreen again if the need arose. Rick was a pleasure to work with!

Evergreen technicians were on time and very thorough in their work. We had various problems with our system for a year and were frustrated that with each month's increasing water bill, our problems never seemed to be corrected by other irrigation companies we had called. Finally, we think we are over the hump with the help of Evergreen Sprinkler Company. I highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied. Evergreen does a very good job. They always know exactly what they are doing. The sprinklers are fixed within about 15 minutes or so. The people are always very clean cut. They are very nice and respectful. I cannot quite remember how much it is they charge. I know that they are very reasonable. That is one of the reasons I choose to use them.
