I can't say enough about Chad's service. He is by far the best realtor I've ever used, and I've moved around a lot. I have very limited time, and all of my contact with Chad was necessary and brief. He learned right away what we were looking for in a home and didn't waste our time. He made everything as easy as possible on me. ERA uses DocuSign which was so helpful because my husband was deployed overseas at the time of purchase. I don't have a single complaint about my experience with ERA and Chad Hughes, and I highly recommend them for realtor services.

They were terrible. The agent was not prepared for any of our meetings. He didn't show us the houses that we wanted to look at. He didn't negotiate well. It was generally a bad experience.

Clayton Zavisch drove us around San Antonio while we were in town for a few days. In two days he showed us 26 house. He chose houses for us based on our criteria: price range, square footage, floor plan type. He was very accommodating since we were in town for only a short time. I was amazed that he found so many prospective house for us. We narrowed it down to five houses based on neighborhoods and chose one. We were very pleased with him as an agent and with ERA Colonial.

It was a great experience!

They were excellent at first. During negotiation, things broke down, but it was partly the buyer's fault. They solved the problem, so I couldn't fault them for it.
