+ -1 moreShady sales practices and horrible customer service- they take your money and don't care about you after that!! RUN!! We used Encor solar to install panels this year. We had only been in our new house 5 wks but the sale guy created a system without asking for historical bills or waiting like he should have. Since the panels were turned on, our kwh usage has doubled and even tripled for some months. At first they wanted to say that we don't have enough panels then they came back and said their estimates were higher than what we are using. I cannot get timely return emails or phone calls! They will not send someone out to check on the issue and they are saying I have to wait to get 12 months of bills so I can go through the whole process again to add more panels and pay for those! Which is the problem, Encor? I need more panels because your sales guy didn't build the system correctly and told us our bill would be "wiped out" or are the estimates correct?
