Emergency Cleaning Solutions (ECS) is a family-owned and operated Crime and Trauma Scene Cleanup and Restoration service with over 35 years of public service experience in Austin and San Antonio Texas. Our company has its roots within the fire department and funeral service industry, giving us first-hand experience with traumatic events and the impact they can have on families. Integrity and compassion are of the utmost importance to us and they are signature components of our business.We are a specialized cleaning company that helps families recover from the aftermath of tragedies such a suicide, homicide or unattended death. In addition to crime scene cleaning, ECS also provides decontamination and cleaning services for the following: hoarding and gross filth; blood and body fluids; pet urine and feces; human and animal decomposition; mold remediation; and crime scene chemicals. With our professional and highly-trained OSHA-compliant staff, you can rest assured that ECS technicians are ready to safely handle any contingency, no matter the size or severity. All of our technicians have completed a crime and trauma scene decontamination specialist course with these certifications.

So I have to start this review by saying they did make a major scheduling mistake. HOWEVER this review is not about that so much as how they made it right. Once they arrived, we mutually agreed that it would be better to the do the vital portion of the services I had requested quickly rather than the full service we had previously agreed upon. And they did do it very quickly. The scheduling snafu would have cost me extra money (there were other workers involved being paid by the hour), except it didn't. That's because Chris not only didn't end up charging me anything for the job, he actually GAVE ME MONEY to make it right. I mean, who does that? He was also profusely apologetic, saying that something like this had never happened before. Given the lengths he went to to make it right, I'm inclined to believe him. They definitely deserve your business!
