DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. On 7/15 I paid $270 to have them replace 4 sprinkler heads and adjust any others that needed it, and to schedule the weekly watering day & time on the controller box. I also asked for an invoice. My check was cashed on the 18th. Yesterday, I texted Adrian to ask if these were retractable sprinkler heads, what time he set the sprinklers to come on, and when was I going to receive an invoice. His reply was to ask for my address again, and my email address. I have not heard back from him or anyone else with Emerald. The sprinkler heads they used are NOT retractable so now I have to let the lawn guy know about 1 that he may mow over if he doesn't see it. The sprinklers never came on during my designated SAWS day. I still haven't received an invoice. I want a refund so I can hire someone else to do the job correctly.
