Fast polite

I was very pleased with the young man, Sean Fletcher, sent by Emerald Irrigation Services to check and repair my sprinkler system. He was so pleasant, joyful, funny, layback and very efficient. It was easy to see, he really enjoys what he does. I never felt pressured. He just evaluated the system and showed me repairs needed. He even worked with me on prioritizing the repairs needed now and the ones that could wait so as to stay within my budget. I highly recommend his services and Emerald Irrigation Services for great staff and great service.

They arrived when they said they would. They were patient with me. They helped me find a less complicated system control.

Prompt and available on short notice. They quickly diagnosed my sprinkler system and fixed it right then. Very efficient. I was very appreciative of their availability and expertise.

The company came by because they already happened to be in the area. They replaced two pumps n donâ  t know what else. I have been trying to get them to send me a receipt for the 680.00 they charged, nothing has been sent. The worker mentioned a warranty or guarantee, so I need a receipt. One of their employees leaned on window screen right next to the panel. The work was done on n about 6/22/23

First suggested cutting into turf yard in order to address what perceived as faulty valve. I said, no! We will just cap the sprinkler that is not working. That was quoted as a $25 fix. No problem. I had another capped sprinkler that was leaking and they said that may require digging to uncover and fix (not in turf area). Quoted $245. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and refused to adjust the price. Said they would have worked all day at that price to fix it. But it was an easy fix with inexpensive parts and even though highly responsive company that showed up quickly, I would not recommend or use again as they completely took advantage of the situation.

Crew did a good job checking out system and keeping me informed about what needed to be done. Completed work quickly and competently. Had to reschedule as they were a couple of hours away late for first appointment. Price to change out controller was a bit high. Overall a good experience and would use them in the future.

Solved my issue in less than a1/2

I asked to come and take a look at a drip irrigation system. However, I asked to quote me sprinkler system for the drip in the back and a new in the front. They gave me an estimate right away (Tueday). Came Thursday worked till 9 pm. Finish the job on Friday morning. Showed me around where sprinkler heads were and how to operate the timer. Polite and efficient.

Had an emergency situation, and they stayed until 9:00 pm fixing it. Polite, hard workers.

They responded back really quick and provided a free estimate. They missed my initial appointment but did come the following day. Work was completed the same day.
