Elliott Air

They came within hours of my first call. Troubleshot the problem, recommended replacement of the unit due to a leak, and didn't charge me for the visit. They called a few hours later with an estimate - after talking with Carrier A/C corporation, and the estimate was about $200.00 less than AIR Tron's price. If you're going to have a couple places look at your A/C or heating, use Elliott air first. Air Tron will charge for the visit, unless it is a "second opnion" visit. If you already have someone else telling you what the problem is, Air Tron won't charge for a service call. Carrier replaced the unit under warrantee, but didn't pay for labor costs. The unit was only 3 years old. Very punctual. Showed up right when they said they would, and called ahead of time to re-confirm the time, too.

The work was done on schedule and as agreed, and we have two houses that now are comfortable in all seasons. We are very pleased with the service, and have had follow up check ups by Elliott Air. We will use Elliott Air whenever we need Heating or Air Conditioning service in the future.
