+ -1 moreThe product was great, however the customer service was extremely poor. Elizabeth was prompt in taking the order, however it took several months for her to complete the project. At first, the valance was made with the incorrect fabric. She did a wonderful job correcting the mistakes, however, she did not show for at least eight appointments. In short, she?s highly talented and creative, but highly unreliable.
Description of Work: She made custom draperies for me.
