Once I hired Rudy to assist with my oven I realized I also needed a repair on my dishwasher. Rudy had great communication and was timely. He diagnosed my oven and it was a different issue than I initially thought. He helped me with options and even looked up where I could purchase the part which is no longer manufactured. He was able to complete the repair on my dishwasher.

Quick repair - quick service!

He offered an "only if we can fix it over the phone option" and even though it ended up being pretty simple we fixed it over the phone and I paid him. I had previously scheduled for the next day but when he gave me this option I was impressed. If we didn't fix it over the phone, no charge. Impressive for small business professionals imo Since it's completely verbal, if I were he I would charge a bit less for over the phone and kind of ask for a verbal agreement that the customer contact you first the next time a problem might arise... but that's just me. A man's gotta eat...

We hired Elite Home Services to repair our dishwasher when the door started falling off. Rudy from EHS came out and was extremely thorough in trying to fix the problem and honest with us that it could not be repaired. We then hired EHS to install a new dishwasher. Rudy did an excellent job with the install and removal of our old dishwasher. Rudy was very easy to schedule, showed up on time, friendly, did excellent quality work, and was very reasonably priced.
