Elevated Outdoor Design and Patio

Completed pool but a year later we still do NOT have the WiFi we PAID ~$4000 for. Owner will not reply to text or phone calls.

The worst experience and it’s not over yet. We’ve had to hire an attorney. Our project was never completed. Wrong materials were used. The pool system malfunctioned immediately. A few months in, we lost all but 18” of water during an extreme drought. Owners never even came to assess and still haven’t- we gave them over 6 months and lots of pleading before contacting an attorney. They literally sent 1 guy. The pipes were never secured properly and subsequently burst and broke behind the 5 foot retaining wall that spans over 60 feet. We spent over 90k(more than original quote) for a basic fiberglass install that should’ve been extremely simple. DO NOT HIRE THEM

STAY AWAY. Steve Theis is a terrible business man. ZERO communication via phone, nobody answers the phone at the company. Steve has taken over $50K of my families money and done ZERO work. He is filled with excuses, has over 10 no shows at my house and has done zero work. He will not return calls, and texts excuse after excuse without any action. I am not the only person he has done this to recently. Terrible business and is NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. His license needs to be revoked immediately. We have requested a refund and are working with local authorities to shut this racket down. Veterans beware.

Great. Love it our backyard much more enjoyable. Good crew and good work. Will hire again for next project soon.

The deck was built extremely well and was done in a timely manner. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Steve at EOD was great. He helped us plan out the design for our backyard and patio. We are doing it in sections and the first results look great. The 3D design really helped us plan and have an idea of what the final result will be. I highly recommend this company for your outdoor needs.

Excellent work

Steve and his team did a great job in providing us with a new deck. Our original deck was getting old and some boards were rotting. The initial estimate provided didn't include replacing our original poles that supported the deck. However Steve's team discovered that some of the poles were also rotting and they agreed to replace the poles and did not charge additional. The finished deck looks really nice and I can't wait to use it this fall/winter.
