+ -1 moreThese people are not to be trusted. I had a water heater leak and they came in and removed the blow-in insulation, a small light fixture and smoke detector. The presumably installed the same light fixture (new), bought a roll of insulation at Lowes/Home Depot (didn't even install it correctly--see pics) , removed mold?? No more than a 1-2 days after the leak? and they repainted the hallways. So how do you repaint sheet-rock that is wet and bowing? I'm now having the replace that entire part of the hallway. Stay away from these people. 20 Jul 2011 Update: I recently inspected all my smoke detectors and decided to replace them because most of them had come with the house when it was built--1995-1996. All the detectors were wired and had batteries for backup if the house power went out. When Elemens replaced the detector following my hot water heater leak--they failed to replace with an original wired (with battery backup) smoke detector. What they did was go out and get a very cheap (non wired) detector in installed it--but charged me $75 ($12.49 light and for a light fixture and $12.99 for the detector).
Description of Work: Removal of wet insulation and light fixture, cleaned mold (?), primed hall ceiling, bedroom ceiling, hall bath plus painting, replaced fiberglass insulation, light fixture and smoke detector.
