The job went very well. They arrived on time and got right to work. We are very happy with the job. We will be recommending them to our neighbors and will hire them again for another job we need done soon. Monique made a couple of suggestions that we agreed to and it really improved the appearance of the finished job.

Best work I've gotten done in my home. Very professional people ms Gonzalez went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. In the process she not only gave me ideas, (based on experience) on perfecting the appearance of the project but succeeded in saving me money on materials. Same integrity of material just less expensive. I plan to contract ms Gonzalez for another project in the very near future.

Her work... AWESOME. The end result is beautiful. However, during our initial quote, Monique stated she could do the project in one day with herself and a helper. We set it up for a Monday, start time 9-930am. I texted her after 930 to ask when they would arrive, she replied she was on her way. She arrived at 1030. The work wasn't completed but she wrapped up around 4:30 stating that she would come back tomorrow between 9 and 9:30, that she would be on time. 9:30 a.m. arrive and she Having arrived, so for the 2nd day there's been a late start on the installation. Day 2 wraps up with the installation still not completed, and a promise to be here between 10 and 10:30 a.m, this time. to lay down the grout. Day 3, around 10:25 I get a text message that she's running late but you need to make more stops before she got to my residence. I told that this was unacceptable and i need to get big project completed it was taken too long and not on time, at that. Her work is great, but at the expense of a lengthened timeline for completion and excessive tardiness, which equals less time for the project a day.

We are so happy with the backsplash in our kitchen. Monique did a wonderful job and we could not be more satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Quality work for a great price!

It went very well. They came out and did a wonderful hob in transforming my master bathroom. The shower looked fabulous when they were done. Would recommend them to any homeowner who wants a professional job done.

We hired El Catrin Tile Servoces after receiving several other bids ok our project. We needed a 600sqft guest apartment tiled including kitchen backsplash and shower tile. They came in at less than half the cost of the competitors and were able to start immediately. Throughout the project, they checked with us to make sure everything was as we wanted. They even picked up our items from the tile store in San Antonio so we didn’t have to make the drive from Floresville. They pretty much remodeled our guest house in a week. Awesome workers and GREAT GREAT pricing! They even installed crown molding in a room for only $50 extra! Would def hire again.

The install was done pretty good, but they didn't keep their word on installing baseboards as promised multiple times by Ramiro. Would encourage customers to read your estimates and contract before signing. I read similar review previously but didn't pay too much regard since many A reviews. The day they finished tile Ramiro shook my hand and promised again they'd be back to install baseboards 2 days later. Never showed, called or text me. I really felt bad being that their work was pretty good but their word meant nothing.

I am active duty military. I hired them to tile my bathrooms which they made it seem like would take one day. Suprise it took 3 days and they needed to finish after I went on leave so I had a friend let them in to "finish". They messaged me saying the job was done when it was not. They assumed I wouldnt see until I got back from leave but my friend sent me the pictures. I confronted them and they said it was because they did not have enough materials that was a big lie I sent them a photo of all the materials still there. The materials I bought and almost missed my flight because they refused to come before the project and see what was needed. They then said that they did not have the tools to finish after first saying it was done and then saying they did not have enough material. And never once said before the project they couldn't finish. I wish I could post a photo on here to show you how bad it looks
