Do not hire this company for tile and/or plumbing work. Overcharged for original project. Quoted me for non-existent water leak and damage in 2nd bathroom. Tile job not professional; not paying attention to detail. All the gory details below: I had a shower pan leak in my master bathroom causing visible swelling of adjacent wall. --Original Job: 1st Quote: $1450.00--- ---Notes--- After removing tile, water damage and rot was extensive. A revised quote was given. ---Description of Work from Quote--- Remove existing tile, haul away debris. Spray all wood to kill mold and mildew. Waterproof membrane install. Install new hardy board. Install new shower pan. Will try to match tile affected. --Original Job: 2nd Quote: $4800.00-- ---Notes--- I chose to have them proceed with the work. ---Description of Work from Quote--- Demo existing shower. Prep areas. Replace rotted wood due to leak on valve and pipe. Replace shower valve. Install new hardy board. Waterproof. Install 65ft wall tile and 8 ft floor tile. Tiles and all materials included. ---Result--- Shower drain cover was NOT SCREWED into the pipe. The cover was GLUED to the pipe! Shower arm was NOT SECURED. The shower arm could be moved several inches in all directions! I was told this is normal: NOT KIDDING, THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME!!!! (I can only hope the underlying hardy board and waterproofing was done right.) The finished TILE job was NOT PROFESSIONAL. Tiles didn't line up right on the walls and the entry to the shower. Tiles were not flush. Tiles were chipped and other tiles were not cut straight. Space between tiles (for grout) was not uniform. Cement or mortar was dropped on floor tiles forming abrasive bumps. Had to be instructed to put caps on entry way walls; original tile job had bull nose tile on these walls. In the end the shower arm, drain issues and a few of the aesthetics of the tile job were fixed. But I got a bit of bad attitude when I brought up these issues. --2nd Job: 1st Quote: $2800.00-- ---Notes--- Upon demoing the 1st shower, I was told that the adjacent bathroom seemed to have water damage caused by a valve leak as well. I was skeptical that both bathrooms would have the same valve leak. I was sure that any water damage in the 2nd bathroom was caused by the leak in the shower pan from the 1st bathroom. I called ANOTHER PLUMBER to give me a 2ND OPINION. NO WATER DAMAGE WAS FOUND! Further there was NO LEAK from the valves in the 2nd bathroom. ---Description of Work from Quote--- From master shower demo, there was visible damage and standing water under and around 2nd bath. Cut access panel through sheet rock in cabinet to trace leak. Replace shower head and valves. Demo tile around prep area. Install new hardy board. Waterproof. Install new tile, match as close as possible. Replace cabinet floor and sheetrock affected. ---Res

Eagle Eye did an amazing job getting our roof done fast and correct. They offered a reasonable estimate and worked with us on financing. They were professional and very good about cleaning up after themselves. They even returned to clean a tar stain off our driveway. My only complaint is when I would call and speak to Eagle Eye, they weren't as responsive to me as they were to my husband's requests. That created an unfortunate situation, for my husband had to handle all the interactions. In the end, we are very happy with their service and recommend Eagle Eye Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.
