High quality work and very trustworthy. They replaced siding, did some repairs and painted. Also very agreeable to working with us on some changes that came up. We are very pleased with the end result! Project took a bit longer than expected due to some weather delays. This was not a problem for us, just something to keep in mind if you are on a tight schedule. Would definitely recommend!

They did very good work and I am quite satisfied with the final result. I only took off one star because Rey initially failed to notice that the old roof had double shingles and had to modify the price after the original quote. Still, I would highly recommend EagleEye.

I had some drywall repair and painting that needed to be done as part of a kitchen renovation. We were going to paint ourselves but decided not to and needed someone who could finish the job on a pretty tight timeline. Eagle Eye was great! I got a quote the same day. The drywall repair is perfect and they patched some spots that were not in the original estimate. The painting is great too. They were professional, easy to work with, and flexible when I changed my mind and asked to have the ceiling painted. They even mopped my floor when they were done! I was blown away. These guys are really great! From the time I requested an estimate to the time they completed the work, I was extremely satisfied. Rey was the only contractor to come out equipped with an IR camera and a moisture meter to assess the water damage done to our master bedroom and help me decide how to proceed with repairs. He provided an estimate on the spot (another thing none of the other contractors did) and informed me how long the work would take to complete. After interviewing 5 different contractors, we went with Rey and we are so happy we did. When Harvey hit, we sustained water damage to our master bedroom ceiling later found to be caused by a deteriorating and leaking chimney cap. We were told by a chimney company to replace the cap, which we did. To fix the inside damage caused by this leak, we contracted Rey to patch the large hole in our ceiling, re-texture the entire bedroom ceiling, replace the attic access for that area of the home, and replace all the insulation in our attic since much of it had gotten wet. We later found we had a secondary leak of unknown origin. Rey and Danny meticulously searched until they found the cause of the leak, patched it, and told us what we needed to do to permanently repair the leak. Rey informed me that, while he could try to fix the root cause, that was not his area of expertise and he would not be the best person for that job. Honesty is very important to me and Rey telling me that he was not the best person for that particular job, meant a lot to us and showed us he was more concerned about it being fixed correctly as opposed to making money. All the work was done very well and on time, even with the extra work required to locate and patch the secondary leak. Rey and Danny were so committed to getting us back into our bedroom that they were at our house until after 7PM several nights, trying to get us wrapped up. When they were complete, Danny cleaned up the large debris from our bedroom so I could get in there begin my cleaning of the area. Every day, Danny cleaned up the work area as best as possible before leaving and provided a status report of the work completed and the plan for the next day so we knew how things were going. They were also very good about communicating what time they would arrive each day and contacting me if they were going to be delayed for any reason. Some people have commented that Rey is a bit high on his quotes but I believe you get what you pay for in this world. Rey’s work speaks for itself and I would rather pay someone a little more for quality work done correctly the first time, than have inferior work that looks like a DIYer did it. The work Danny and Rey did was outstanding and they will be doing more work for us in the future thanks to their superb quality and workmanship, excellent communication, and honesty.

Did quality work at agreed/fair price but took to long. Many delays- worker they sent was slow. Didn’t clean up all nails.

Eagle Eye was very accommodating to our schedule and worked quickly to get the job done. It's refreshing to find a contractor that not only starts the job quickly, but works to finish it quickly as well.

There was some confusion about what needed to be done but it all worked out. They did a good job!

They did a great job. Took down the vinyl and put up hardi board with ceder battens every 12 inches. They fixed the gable ends where the roofer messed them up. Danny was able to hide all of my cable wires hanging loosely on the back of my house with no interruption of our TV service. Sanitary job. They were diligent to finish the job in the correct manner. Bought great paint, not just the cheapest they could find. My wife and I are highly satisfied and will use them on the future projects. This is a first for me- at the end when they had finished and I owed them the balance of the contract I had to call Ray to get him to pickup the check.

Nice person, efficient and fast. Job very well done!

They actually did a little more than contracted for when they saw a few more areas that needed attention.

An honest and professional company

Have to give kudos for speed, since they called back within the hour and did the work in about an hour. Guess my only gripe is that the cost came to about a hundred bucks a nail, and amounted to about $400 bucks an hour. Then again the fact that they had to climb on the roof must justify what I perceived as a bit pricy. Will write it off as hazardous duty pay *>0).

I booked an appointment on line. They called two hours prior to verify appt. They gave me a quote to replace one ceramic Spanish tile that same day since I had a replacement tile. Other company came out in September 2016 said they couldn't fix tile till maybe April 2017 and wanted $$. Eagle eye came out to look at it. Me replaced the tile in ten minutes and a great price!!! Very professional I would recommend them to friends and family.
