Everything went well, very professional

EA came by immediately after I called and fixed the fountain. They cleaned the entire fountain, put a pump in place, and got the whole thing working again. The amount they charged was in no way exorbitant. About a year later the pump gave out and they came over, again the same day I called, and replaced it for free. These are good people.

I have never been so impressed with the company before. They came out in the rain, assessed the problem and offered to fix the problem immediately (even though it was raining heavily) and gave me a very clear explanation of what needed to be done and the best way to do it. His price was extremely fair and reasonable. Although he did not have an opening to do the work until the end of the week, he offered to do it that day (it was in late afternoon) to protect my fish. He left to get a superior pump, than the one that I had, came back and installed it with new PVC pipe to make everything work. Although it was raining heavily he still took the time to do a great job and get I fish out of Jeopardy. I have had many people/companies work on my pond in the past but no company are person has ever performed to the high standards that they did. I will never use another company again as long as he is in business, because I can rely upon him and his results. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a backyard pond and needs assistance because you cannot find anybody in the backyard pond business any better, more responsible and prices that are fair and reasonable!

Excellent! They listened to what I wanted and nailed it. Plus, the koi that they picked out fits me perfect. I absolutely love what they created!

They came gave me a free estimate, showed up 1 hour early on the promised date. Fixed the leak and even gave me a 50% discount on a new pump!

It was way faster then I could have thought. And they were awesome.

I ordered the second phase of the work, and received an invoice for the work to be done (which I did not pay because it hadn't been accomplished.) After scheduling the work and being put off a couple of time for various excuses, they stopped returning my phone calls or emails. I am going to hire someone else.

Needed help with an out of date, unmaintained, and improperly installed koi pond that came with the house we recently bought. They came in a timely manner and were very professional, all work was top notch and all repairs were made with ingenuity. The pond is working like a dream and looks better than we ever thought possible. They went above and beyond to make me happy and did so with such a pleasant attitude. You can tell they love what they are doing and truly want to make the customers feel special. I will never go anywhere else for future needed maintenance or upkeep. Couldn't have asked for more! :)

Wonderful, had some leaking from fountain and they returned promptly to fix problem and we are enjoying our fountain greatly.

After getting multiple bids from a few companies(most I called wont even answer the phone!) I decided to call E & A Fountains of Texas. Spoke to Amanda who was very professional and knowledgeable with helping me with what I needed. Her and her husband Erik gave me a very reasonable quote for a water feature...the other companies were way ridiculous with their prices. They built my dream water feature in just three days and I am in love with it! They were an absolute delight to work with. I will never call anyone else for this type of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very well. Erik loves his work and is knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. He wants his clients to be completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend! He is also great at reworking old fountain designs!

In short, I had a licenced plummer, electrician in addition to Keith Zars and my handyman work on this fountain for different issues at different times. After multiple failed attempts to solve my problems I decided to give E&A a try. Nobody even came close to the knowledge of fountains and how to work out my issues than Erik. He is a person that takes tremendous pride in his work, loves to delight his customers, and loves working on fountains. If you call him you won't be disappointed!
