The installers were very punctual and professional. The products were much more expensive than competitors', but the owner, Todd, showed how they were better quality and performed better. The attic fans have a 25-year warranty. After about a year, the radiant barrier is falling down in the attic in some places where it was taped instead of stapled. The attic is still definitely much cooler than it was before, though. Todd guarantees a 25% savings on your energy bill.

The work is done well; the salesperson is one of the most unprofessional men I had ever heard of. My older relatives were already considering radiant barrier in the attic. Dura-shield's salesperson knocked on their door while they were having other work done, and sold radiant barrier to them. A few days later, a friendly young lady installed the radiant barrier in 1-2 days. The work was well done, except she did not leave existing attic vents open...no big deal. A few days later, Dura-Shield's fast-talking salesperson came by to pick up the payment. He quickly convinced them to install a solar attic fan for an additional $6k. I've done the research; solar attic fans are of questionable value and can make matters worse. I feel like this man preys on the elderly to sell them unnecessary services. In addition, when he asked about the radiant barrier installation, he was told about the attic vents. First, he denied that the vents had been closed; then pulled out a wad of cash and tried to intimidate my relatives with a bet that the vents were open; then refused to check the vents himself because he might get his pants dirty. When someone else confirmed the vents were indeed closed, this man threatened not to pay the young lady who had done the actual labor. Do not trust the saleperson.

Pretty good. Job was done quick and on time like they said, just a little more pricey then some other providers I looked into. Let's just say they had a great salesman. Only 1 girl did the whole job kinda surprised me but overall from what I can see she did a good job. Didn't see a crazy change in my electric bill but I can definetly feel the difrence so that's good for me.

Very well. The work was completed in a few hours and there were no problems.

Workmen arrived on the scheduled day and time. They arrived very early and left after lunch due to the extreme heat. The work was finished in two days and I was totally satisfied. They completed it in a professional and efficient manner and always with a smile. I received everything I had been promised in the contract. Before leaving, the work crew cleaned up the premise.

Dura Shield did good work. They drove a company truck with all of the proper tools and equipment needed to do the job. They have done work for me in the past and I have always been happy with them. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Dura Shield did a great job on my siding. The two men that came out went right to work and worked very hard. It didn't take them long at all to get my siding done. The only thing I was not real happy about was the price. I thought that it was high. They cleaned up their mess and left my yard in good condition.
