When we decided to hire David to do our kitchen and bath renovations, he is always been good with communication with us. He listened to what we wanted done and he made it happen. Although their is some minor bumps on the road, he always managed to keep us satisfied. I would recommend DTS Remodeling to others and we will definitely use it again for our future projects.

Very quick but professional. Took extra care to protect other areas of home while work in progress. Finishing touches were exceptionally taken. Ensuring walls trim and painting matched original areas. Provided cleaning crew after job completed to clean up after job was completed. Outstanding work done.

We remodeled two bathrooms top to bottom, the kitchen and laundry room, and replaced all tile flooring. I absolutely love the new look and Davidâ s crew and the companyâ s the partners with were great and very patient. While I donâ t think I am ready for another remodel anytime soon, I would highly recommend DTS for your project.

These guys were awesome. David gave us some great advice and his guys transformed by dark and dingy kitchen. I would definitely use them again for future projects

We underwent an extensive, multi room remodel to include taking my kitchen back to the studs, opening the load bearing wall between the kitchen, modifying and updating a much loved built-in during the process. We had the floors torn up and replaced in our kitchen, breakfast area and dining room, popcorn ceilings removed, our fireplace remodeled and a new mantle piece added, and installed a beautiful (and huge) custom copper exhaust hood over my new stove. The kitchen cabinets were custom made with real wood, no particle board, with pullouts on all lowers. The cabinet maker and his wife worked together to add the custom antiquing glaze I so desired even though it was a new experience for them both and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. I finally have the kitchen Iâ ve been dreaming about since we purchased our home in 2010. David and his crew were thorough, professional and respectful. I highly recommend them!

David and his crew did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with every aspect of the project. David was extremely attentive to my requests and was always available to address concerns.

David and his team are professional and caring. They replaced the roof but went above and beyond. They trimmed some tree branches so they wouldnâ t hit the roof. They replaced some wood, picked up all trash and nails. They were cautious of our needs and concerns; going out of their way to do an excellent job. Not only did was the price good, the people were caring workers doing an excellent job.

Iâ  ve dealt with lots of contractors over the years, and for me communication is super important! Never having dealt with DTS before I relied on the previous reviews. The reviews were all spot on! I would highly recommend David, and is super friendly team!!

DTS employees are meticulous in their workmanship, always flexible and willing to make minor changes as their work progresses. The owner of this business is a very professional remodeling expert. He provided numerous suggestions that I had not thought of in order to make the remodeling of my bathroom that much more functional and esthetically pleasing. Way to go DTS Remodeling! You did everything you said you would do and I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend DTS for any such similar work,G

DTS Remodeling did a great job! David listened to what we wanted and was able to give us a beautiful master bath we will enjoy for many years to come. This was one of the best remodel experiences we have had.

Be patient and plan on some inconvenience, but the end result will be great. The communication between you and the owner, Dave Steiner, is fantastic. I have never worked with someone in construction so easily. The various craftsman are good at their work rather it be the tile installer, plumber, carpenter or whatever, they are easy to communicate with you and adaptable to changes. I realized I did not like the tile I choose for the floor. Dave responded with not problem choose one you like because you are the one who will live with the color for a long time. I am very pleased with the end result and cannot praise DTS Remodeling and Dave Steiner enough.

This our first remodel ever and having heard the horror stories and mistakes of others. So, my wife and I interviewed 5 other contractors. A couple were ‘my way, highway’ types. Others seemed more interested in doing the job as described with no changes-‘get in, get out’ types. And the rest were looking to increase the project cost. When my wife and I spent a few hours with David going over the projects and discussed in detail what our expectations were, we knew he was someone we could work with. David outlined each step, and when we could expect each task to begin and how long it would take. What we didn’t expect was the level of superb professionalism and exceptional quality of workmanship! As the GC, David kept the project moving. There were only a few weather-related days where nothing was done (notably the ice storm). I was amazed at the level of intricate coordination between the different teams as well as the high level of products he used. David uses the ‘The Tile Shop’ and ‘Ferguson’ for the hardware and tile. Exceptional people and exceptional products—even the moderately priced items. Each team religiously wore masks and maintained 6’ distance. Equally, they cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. David even had a cleaning person come in every 3-4 weeks to clean the adjacent work areas-floors, furniture and knick-knacks. During the project we asked David to include a couple of other mods, which he did without increasing the costs. We also asked for a couple of projects outside the bath area which he also did for a very reasonable price. David made suggested a couple improvements which weren’t included and were glad we went along with them-it made the bathroom look more custom, and more spa-like. We can’t recommend DTS highly enough. His creativity and vision are the best qualities a GC can have and the best we’ve ever seen. Our bath looks like we paid a lot more than we did. Thanks David
