On time and arrived when they said they would and quality of their work was excellent. David was an incredible coordinator and very reliable.

David and his crew did a full bathroom renovation, painted every surface of the home, including cabinets, changed plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and all light fixtures, in addition to other electrical work for my mother-in-law s home. He sent over an itemized estimate and stayed on budget, no surprises, and delivered within 6 weeks timeline as promised. This was the best experience I ve had with a contractor yet. His workers were courteous and detailed and delivered a great end product. We are looking to hire him for some work at our home.

David and his team were great throughout the whole process. My wife and I were worried at first since David had to go out of the country for a family emergency, but we were still able to communicate with him in case of any questions. His team was professional and knew what had to be done and how we wanted everything to look. Another thing that surprised us was that we didn't have to pay for anything until the project was done. Even after everything was paid, David still responded to some questions we had and even came to fix a small issue. We would recommend DTS remodeling and plan to use them for future remodels.

Owner David Steiner is excellent to work with, very responsive, and has a good crew of workers. We had a very short time frame for an existing tub to be converted into a shower and he was able to pull if off. Baths look great! I highly recommend DTS and will continue to use them for future projects.

David Steiner was an excellent general contractor. His sub contractors did outstanding work regarding my bathroom renovation due to a foundation leak. Mr. Steiner reviewed all work and advised/made recommendation for any revisions. I would hire Mr. Steiner again for any other renovation I should need. Should anyone like to see his work I would be willing to have them come and see my guest bathroom.

He is very accommodating, he is very open to making an adjustment when needed. His price was very reasonable. The products were very good quality.

Master bathroom turned out awesome. We had the our second bathroom also completely redone and finished last week. David was very responsive during both projects, and we are very satisfied with both results. There would be no hesitation to have him come back for further projects.

Kitchen looks like straight out of a magazine. Entire kitchen gut and new appliances. Top to bottom. New ceiling lights and floors. Opened up the wall to connect the kitchen to the dining room. The price was right

We have had some of the worse experiences with finding quality, fair, and competent painters in the past couple of years. So we were pleasantly surprised to finally find a company that did not increase their price just because we lived in the Dominion. Not only was the price fair, the work was done professionally. And when an issue aroused, the owner immediately stepped in and made things right for my family. We have so many friends who need painters, and we can finally recommend a company knowing that our friends will be in great hands. We definitely plan to use them again! Trust me....I am only writing this review because I know the struggle of finding reliable and competent painters in San Antonio, so I wanted to inform my fellow reviewers that we finally found one!!!!!

DTS did 2 bathroom remodels for us. David has a passion for what he does and it shows from beginning to end. He enthusiastically helped us with the design of both bathrooms and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, providing the personal touch throughout. DTS Remodeling did two bathroom remodels for me. David was a pleasure to work with on these projects. I appreciated his attention to detail as well as his advice & help on the design aspect. We finished one on budget & the other slightly over but that was due to a few changes I made along the way.

David is a really terrific contractor. Very professional and does exemplary work. I am going to use his company to replace the siding on our home as well. Great service!
