We have just begun the remodel but everything is going really well. The guys are awesome and have torn out all my old cabinets without damaging anything so they can be reused. They are very professional and respectful of our need to continue to live in our home while the work is being done. I highly recommend them.

We just LOVE our new bathroom. We completely redid the entire room. David and crew did a great job. From the very beginning at the estimate stage, David paid close attention to everything we wanted to do. He assured us that he was flexible with any changes we wanted to make along the way. The crew showed up on time and worked with us to meet our time line. We also appreciate the help Dawn gave us at the Tile Shop. She helped us select our shower and floor tile. We highly recommend DTS Remodeling. We will use DTS for our kitchen remodel.

I had major water damage to my fireplace wall. David and his crew demolished and rebuilt the entire wall, then updated the ceiling by removing the popcorn ceiling! David is an awesome contractor! His crews were the best. Every day for 3 months there was always someone at my house working & David came by most days. He did everything I asked quickly and beautifully. His price was very reasonable for the huge amount of work he accomplished.

DTS converted my shower/tub enclosure to a tiled shower in master and put new fixtures in guest bath. Very pleased! Love it! Even my cat enjoys the new shower (without the water on, of course). David was also very accommodating regarding during changes during to the project. Price very reasonable for work done.

Professional in approach and responsive to questions regarding work. The finished product was excellent. The bathroom is now completely updated and the workmanship was first class.

We hired David to complete some updates on a newly purchased home (re tile, paint, update fixtures, replace deck and install new appliances). He kept reiterating it was a *very simple job, very easy* that would take 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, that expanded into 16 weeks (yes, 4 MONTHS) of never-ending frustration. Many days there were only one or two unskilled laborers on site puttering without any guidance or supervision as David popped in only once or twice per week (and he repeatedly chastised me for stopping by my new home daily and raising concerns). All updates were cosmetic and no surprises were encountered. The job took 4 times as long as promised because the workers just were not able to complete things correctly the first time (and often not the second, or third attempts); they also repeatedly expressed they did not have tools and supplies to perform the job correctly. There were many days when no one showed up to the site. And when they did come to site, they exhibited complete disrespect for our home, leaving food and drinks spilled throughout the house (welcome rats and roaches!), dropping trash all over the yard to blow into neighbors yards, pouring paint down the sink drains, etc. We are still working through correcting issues ourselves 4 months after the job was *finished*.

The bathtub was removed and a walk-in shower was built. It's beautiful. David and his subcontractors listened to what I wanted and made suggestions when asked. Always ask! David has great ideas but is hesitant to express them when he thinks you know exactly what you want. David's flexibility in making changes after work has started was a gift. I will definitely hire DTS for future remodeling.

David was extremely responsive to our needs aan patient with our questions, concerns, and input. Month after the job was complete he remains available for consult and assistance.

I hired DTS Remodeling to repair an existing 12-year-old wood deck, and I'm so glad I did. The outdoor area feels like a different space, and working with David and his crew was an enjoyable experience. Each person was prompt, courteous, and responsive to questions and/or texts. Very reasonably priced, too, especially when the scope of the project changed midway through! I would definitely recommend DTS and hire them again for projects in the future.

Work quality was great. The owner was always available if I had questions about the job and updating me when his employees did not show up as promised. I've already recommended them to 2 of my friends because of the quality of their work. I would rehire them for other projects in the future. Pedro, his foreman , and Benjamin are tops, very organized and very mindful of cleaning up afterwards. Great job guys!!!
