Mr. Cowan did an excellent job and was very polite and respectful. It was probably 100 degrees in that crawlspace and he stayed up there with me until the job was done and done correctly. In my opinion he was honest and his pricing was exceptional. I highly recommend him to work on your vents. The aforementioned dryer ventilation duct was a nightmare to work on. It was in a very tight space and had lots of angles, but he never gave up and made sure it was completely repaired before he left.

Mr. Cowan was able to come earlier than planned (after getting my okay) and set to work diagnosing the problem. He then began a huge clean out of lint buildup without leaving any mess. He made a much needed replacement of the coil behind the dryer and put a new closing on the outside exhaust, one which won't allow birds to come in. His estimate was in line with the final price. I am thankful to have come across an honest, hard working man. Needless to say, the dryer works as good as new now. Thanks, Dryer Vent Wizard of North San Antonio!

It went very well. I was very satisfied with professionalism, thoroughness, openness. The price was a little higher than specials advertised by some others, but he, Johnny Cowan, spent time checking out the venting system in dryer, in the laundry room, in the attic and up on the roof. I had considered doing the job myself but glad I didn't.

Johnny Cowan was outstanding his diagnosis of the problem, finding ways to solve the problem by overcoming serious access issues and professionally adding a totally new vent system. The best word to describe Johnny Cowan goes beyond five stars and "outstanding" seems not enough. Dryer Vent Cleaners should be very happy to have him as an employee!

The experience was fantastic. I called on a Thrusday and Johnny had an available opening the next day at 9am which I scheduled. He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly on time. Johnny was friendly, professional and just a real nice guy. Johnny started evaluating my dryer vent cleaning situation and within 30 minutes found the problem that my dryer vent was not venting to the outside of my house but into the attic. Johnny wrote up an estimate that I felt was reasonable so I sad do it. He was able to start the work immediately and I was extremely happy since this was a fire hazard and I never knew it existed. I wanted it done ASAP and he was able to accommodate. The true testament to his work ethic is, he arrived at 9 am and did not leave until 7:45 pm, working the entire time. He took great care that the job was done right, configuring the tubing to maximize the air flow, positioning the vent on the roof so that it was aesthetically pleasing from the street (which he ask for my approval, just not doing it with asking), every detail was thought out and not rushed through. I could go on and on, but my point is he stayed and made sure the job was done to perfection and the quote never changed. No surprise!...I had to add this and that. Excellent experience.

Inspection revealed that cleaning was not necessary. No charge. Woo Hoo!

Johnny was very thorough and communicated the entire process throughout. Very professional and someone I felt comfortable with in my home. His prices were fair and the service was excellent. I signed up for a yearly treatment because having a clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard. I was also unaware of this fact. A friend of mine lost her home in a fire caused by a dryer vent malfunction so I am so glad I removed this hazard from my home.
