She has a calm cool demeanor whicn instils confidence. Her pricing was fair for what she had to deal with. She is someone you can trust.
Description of Work: While attempting to clean my dryer vent (which exited on the second floor on a metal roof) she discovered that the vent ducting inside the drywall had come apart and that my dryer lint had been blowing inbetween my drywall for years creating a fire hazard. She rigged a temporary fix and returned later and cut into my drywall and located the break and repaired it. Then she cleaned the dryer vent.
