carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! They lure you in with a reasonable $115 flat fee to clean the carpet for single story homes. We had rented our home, had just moved out (the house was empty) and were preparing it for the landlord so that we could get our full deposit back. They moved our scheduled clean-up date and time several times before finally taking our money and cleaning the carpet according to the advertised special. They then left me a garbled phone message about needing to return to finish the bedroom. My landlord called them herself to have them come back to get the remaining stains out of the bedroom carpet. They charged an additional $150 (which of course came out of our deposit) and again changed the scheduled time several times. I tried to call them to discuss why it would cost an additional $150, but they never returned my phone call. I left 5 voice messages over a 4 day period. So not only is their pricing dishonest and overpriced, their customer service is rude.
Description of Work: The 1st time they cleaned the carpet according to their advertised special, which is $115 for a single story home. They claimed that they were unable to get out basic stains and that it would cost an additional $150 to get them out (after they had already taken our money and cleaned it the 1st time). We had just had the carpet cleaned 4 months earlier by another company, so the stains were not severe.
