Joseph and his crew did a nice job cleaning our lot. The reason why I'm giving him a low rate is because they damaged the side of my house with a bobcat machine. Unfortunately I was so busy that I didn't notice it for few days. When I told Joseph, he said he would send someone to fix it but then he disappeared. I called him, left messages and he never responded. This has been happening for weeks. I don't recommend them at all because if something goes wrong with your project, they will take your money and disappear. Huge headache. Terrible customer service! Be aware!

Hired the company to remove trees, haul away debris and put top soil down. They did not remove all trees, some they shredded limbs and left pieces hanging, they did not haul away all of the debris but rather dumped it in the back of my property along an drain easement, they barely put down top soil with stumps sticking up and looking like a sand pit, they left deep grooves in the property from the bobcat and then dumped the top soil in the middle of the street prior to hauling it in the back area (I live in a cul-de-sac). Neighbors had to drive around to get out and then they left the street full of dirt that the HOA made me clean. No communication, and left me with the city and HOA breathing fire, and the price went up because they miscalculated requirements. The brother kept blaming the bobcat driver when I pointed out mistakes.

They cleared our land for us and turned a forest into a park. It looks beautiful. The bobcat operator Antonio was an artist and the only time the machine stopped was during his lunch hour. His hard work is evident in what he created on our land.

Completed initial work. I plan to use his service on follow on project.

I? provided a drawn out copy of my survey with what I? wanted cleared. They received it and even had it attached to their proposal. On two occasions after the owner said the work was done I? inspected what they did and both times it wasn?t even close to what they had on them he proposal. They did eventually achieve what was agreed on the proposal.

After a few hiccups (which should be expected when you are removing 5-ton trees with machinery), JFD was able to clear the acreage and haul off the trash just as advertised. I find them to be honest, and I would recommend them to my own family.

They didn't do what they said they'd do. They said they'd remove the stumps they left, and they didn't do it nor did they respond to the text I sent them complaining about it.

Easy to communicate with and prompt. Had two fine road base drives installed and the work was done quickly and professionally and has held up well over time.

Boss said be there A.M. No show. I called Boss said got stuck on prior job be there noon. No show. Called Boss 3pm. said on the way. I called Boss 4:30 told him we can wait till tomorrow said no we our on our way. Got here 5:00 one of his 2 workers was so mad about having to wheelbarrow rock I was concerned about the work. So they had dinner by there trucks and did start working at 5:30 got to dark to see anything (7:00) dropped pavers on rocks only to brake 2 of them. To dark to see competed job. Called Boss to tell him not happy with work, said he will come back an fix the problems. That was early October still waiting HA-HA.
